Yes Please!!! I will be hiring staff very soon and this is Private/Confidential Information that needs to be privy to my eyes only. Because I deal with Corporate Clients, my info is out there allowing them the use of my prices to compete with.

Implement a payment type that pays non-service provider staff by how many massages have been administered by therapist.

    Therapist 1
    10 massage at $100

    Therapist 2
    8 massages at $100

    Non-Therapist Worker/Receptionist
Receives - $15 per massage of Therapist 1

    Massage Business Owner
    Receives - 30% massage of All Therapist's

When clients book a massage at time they input information that needs a response. When trying to respond I am not able.

Instead I must input client email and begin a new email thread.

It be great to respond immediately to initial booking.
    Thanks!

If you’re looking for Loyalty and Rewards, please drop us an email explaining the model you currently have what what you have in mind at info@shedul.com

Eg have 4 services and get the 5th free?
    Points and redemption? etc
Buy 5 in advance and get the 6th free?

And in the meantime, you can go to "Analytics">"Reports">"Client list" and “Client Retention” to see who your top spenders are :)

    Let us know!

Also for confidentiality of clients Also for confidentiality of clients in other business settings, allow an option to switch on/off of seeing who or when redeemed promotion.

Client A receives a promotion without alerting to who Client X is/when promotion was redeemed.

    Excellent idea!

This may be the idea that is explained. However to be sure, it be great if the commission can be a specific unit price i.e. $10 per $50 treatment Vs. %10 per $50 treatment.

    Hi Seth,

Thanks for sharing. A simple solution for this would be to create a new “Location”. This location can be call “Corporate client X” and your availability can be specifically applied to the days you work there. That way, they know where and when to book with you when booking online and can differentiate the two client types. Will help with financial reporting too.

To set up a new location, go to "Setup"> “Business Settings”> “Locations”.

    Hope this helps :)
