    Very much appreciate this is an important feature request for our users! As soon as we have gone live with Payment processing, No Show Protection, the Native app, marketing features and packages, we’ll then have the capacity to take this one :)

    All other features should be live in the next couple of months <3

    can't wait for this feature to happen. In the meantime is there any way to have a stylist that works in 2 different locations have both schedules appear on one calendar without toggling between the 2 calendars. The location that you are logged into could appear normal but any appointments at the other location would show up gray and you wouldnt be able to edit unless you switched locations..as it is now i can book the same stylist at both locations at the same time which we all know is impossible. would make life easier to have it all in one calendar. Thanks!

    Yes! I have clients who are set up for recurring appointments but they still like to have an appointment paper from me when they leave. I always have to click on their name and scroll down to future appointments to find out. Having it pop up on check out would save a lot of time! Love this idea

    This would be nice for me also.. I work in a nursing home/retirement facility. Some of my clients are invoiced through the facility and the facility pays me by direct deposit once a month. Therefore I am not going to be able to process those clients through Shedul.

    I like the idea of an option to disable double booking but not completely eliminating it. For example if I have a family and one is getting color I will double book so that while the color is processing I can do a haircut. If I double book them the time runs simultaneously instead of booking one after another and adjusting my time accordingly. It's just quicker. I do think that only the stylist doing the service should be able to double book though as they are the only ones that really know how well they work under those circumstances.

    Love this suggestion! We’ve looked into it.

    Annoyingly it’s really difficult and time consuming to do so we’ll re-review this once we’ve freed up some team members after going live with our other key features which are due over the following months: Payment Processing, No Show Protection, Marketing, App etc.

    Color code the days that are available. That way the client knows which days to click instead of having to click through them all!!

    Or even if the second locations appointments don't show up it would just block it of and say "working at other location "

    you can send a text from your client info page if you are using your mobile device. In their info page under their name their number shows up in blue, if you click it it gives you the option to call but if you hold it down it will give you the option to text(if its a mobile number) . The only drawback would be if you dont want your clients to have your cell number. Dont know if somehow Shedul could make the emails clickable also but that would solve that!

    Thanks Jammie! That works to text my clients! They all have my cell number but I didn't want to have them all in my phone contacts so being able to text from my client list is a perfect solution for me and I hadn't figured out how to do it!
