    The only problem with doing it this way is that the messages are sent using your mobile number and your client will then have your personal mobile number. When an appointment reminder is sent to the client it goes through the Shedul program and a different number sends it and there isn't a way to reply to it.

    I found a way to send a SMS message, but not an email and ONLY on a MOBILE DEVICE. Go to the Client list and select the client you want to send a message to; on the "Summary" tab, scroll down to the clients information and their mobile number should be in BLUE; if you tap the number ONCE, it will give you the option to call the number OR if your press and hold the number for a couple of seconds, it gives you the options to CALL, FACETIME, SEND MESSAGE, ADD TO CONTACTS OR COPY; simply choose SEND MESSAGE and it will take you to your "Message" App and you can send out your message. Hope this helps!

    When setting up the service description, duration & price, have a box for us to check to let the customer know that the pricing starts at the price listed but it may increase due to the length of the hair, different formulas, etc...
