    Don't know if this is happening to anyone else, but TOO frequently the text notices remind clients to "reschedule" their appointments. The reschedules happen the day BEFORE and can blow up my whole day! If the texts were sent earlier that would prompt clients to call earlier to reschedule so I have opportunity to fill in the gaps. Would really like if reminder notices could be sent twice - a week or at least 5 days in advance (if applicable) as well as the day before.

    This is a great idea!

    We’re working a ‘rebook’ button that will replicate the appointment to a new date of your choice and we’re looking at having discounts attached to specific people eg Senior Citizen always receives 10% off.

    Between these two we might have exactly what you have in mind?

    i would LOVE this, as it would save a step of keeping paper records. It'd be awesome to have an all your records in one place and be able to run a monthly P & L statement. Another awesome feature would be to be able to pay your bills directly thru shedul. this would save the step of manually entering in bills you've paid. (although would still need to add some manually i.e.: purchases paid by cash)

    great idea! i would love to be able to send individual emails to clients. (how did the new style work for you...how did you like the shampoo...here is that recipe we talked about....whatever!) it would be wonderful to interact with clients thru shedul!

    Thanks for sharing. It would be great if you could explain why some clients would need to be pre-approved?

    Our logic is for Shedul to save you as much time as possible by reducing the steps needed to be taken.

    As a result, you can simply publish the hours you are willing to work and clients can book directly with you meaning the appointment is automatically confirmed.

    If there’s an approval process, it would be easier for then to call you, which increases your work load.

    Keen to hear your thoughts :)

    Head to “Sales” > “Daily Sales” > “Cash Movement Summary” to view all of the payments and payment types you have taken in that day.

    This is based on the date the payment was made. The Transaction Summary is based on the date the Invoice was raised.

    The Cash Payment Summary of your payment transactions will help with Cashing-up at the end of the day so you know how much excess cash to remove from your till to balance it :)
