As of right now, the only option is to add a code for a voucher, product or service sale but that's it.
There is no capability to set date usage for the codes, add a product when a client spends a certain amount or even a discount in general if they spend a certain amount. Early bird discounts are useful for clients who use the code to book by a certain time or have a certain amount of uses available to they run out after the code has been used X times.
Another great feature of this would be to auto generate codes in the system so they can be unique to certain people or everyone.

    Hopefully this can be implemented

    Thanks Justine,

I know they can be named, however if I want to set up my discount to reflect which product was purchased with that discount, I wouldn't have that option.
I would be able to create the discount to reflect that as well if there was an update.
So I can put in the system
The discount but also set it to where it can include a product or specific products and services as well.

    Appreciate your listening

It would be nice to be able to set usage dates for discounts. Also the ability to set discount for usage if they spend a specific amount. For example, save $5 when you spend $25 or Free item with purchases, 10% off products when you purchase a specific service.

Not too many appointment scheduling software has that feature.

Please consider if not already. Thanks

We do plan on adding custom intake forms to Shedul so that you can manage everything under one roof.

In the meantime, many businesses are using Google Forms or TypeForm to create forms and questionnaires and adding the URL link to Shedul’s client Email Notifications.

You can edit notifications under "Setup">"Client Notifications" where you’ll see the different message types for Reminders, Confirmations, Reschedules, Cancellations and Thanks Yous.

    Remember to save changes :)

    GoogleForms: www.google.com/forms/about/
    TypeForm: www.typeform.com/

I had this with Acuity and it was the best. We could ask them pre-appt questions so I would have an idea of what type of hairstyle they were looking for because they could attach pictures. Also I could set up a series of question to be different for each service or consultation.

Definitely an option to have add on a added by the client as well when they book online and at checkout. This can ensure they have the choice to decide

I've used many appointment scheduling services and the only one that offers call reminders was Schedulicity. That is helpful for the older clients who cannot text or for people who prefer not to text or email.
Everyone does not check email so it would be nice. Also being able to message and reply within the service from the clients history (Timely software allows this).
