Include a central option for sending an automatic email reminder to customers 30days (customisable) prior to voucher expiry date.
Option needs to be overridable at customer level (default off)

Need as well to be able to ditch our (paper) files on customers. Eg fields: skin type, allergies, special preferences, ....

Hi Everyone – just a small update.

When you go to “Sales” > “Appointments” you can adjust your dates and export your full list of appointments to either excel, cvs or pdf.

Note that you can also screenshot and print, and print through your web browser.

A kind reminder that you can also provide staff with limited log in access so they can view their calendar from their mobiles on the move.

    Hope this helps!

need a weekly print per staff member
is necessary for the tax authorities if we get audited !

Vouchers are currently not placed against the client’s name as vouchers are usually sold as gifts and sometimes re-gifted.

You can however track who purchased the voucher as well as add the voucher code to their Client Notes for redemption.

Purchasing of packages and redeeming is a separate feature and is on it’s way :)

same here, even if purchased as gift we always book the voucher against the customer who will redeem it. when checking out, that customer is known and so it should retrieve the voucher(s) for easy selection instead of having to find and type in the code !

Currently, there are two places to add notes:

    - Client notes would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or regular colour formulas/ conditions as they appear on every appointment which can be added anytime.

    - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘reacted well, good progress etc’ which be viewed on the calendar as well as in the Client’s “Appointment History” under Clients. You can still edit Book Notes after the appointment is checked out, just click “complete” then edit.

So you can go back to refer to both Booking Notes and Client Notes anytime under the Clients appointment history under “Clients”
