Vouchers are currently not placed against the client’s name as vouchers are usually sold as gifts and sometimes re-gifted.
You can however track who purchased the voucher as well as add the voucher code to their Client Notes for redemption.
Purchasing of packages and redeeming is a separate feature and is on it’s way :)
Hi Guys, remember to allocate the clients name as you sell vouchers. The name will then appear under "Sales ">"Vouchers" when you search and remember you can simply copy and paste the voucher code into the "Clients Notes" so it appears everytime they book so you know to use it :)
With Google Analytics you can track how many people opened your booking page and with Shedul you can track how many people booking online with you. So between the two you should have the figures you need :)
There is no integration with Google Analytics currently but we too would like this information :)
If it's of any help, the most successful businesses selling services through the widget have the shortest and most concise service menus.
Remember that you can now use the Split Shifts to add regular breaks :)
You can use the "Blocktime" feature to block out windows in your calendar, which is the same process as creating an appointment but change the tab to "Blocktime".
And if you have occassional days when you are finishing early or starting late, you can adjust your hours under "Setup " > "Roster".

We're still awaiting a demo set to test but generally, Shedul will work any printer / cash til that is compatible with your device as Shedul is cloudbased.
I.e if your print is compatible with your ipad, then Shedul will print on it.
Remember you can give staff restricted log in access so they can just check straight on their mobiles instead of having to print everything :)
@kyle - would a better solution be if we created a permission level that hid client information?
Hi Elli - they won't be sending because you switched Reminders off. Setting changes are applied to all Newly Book appointments.
To "Re-trigger" the reminders to your future appointments, just go through each one and click "Edit" then "Save" without changing. This will re-connect with your new settings.
Thanks for the suggestion. We are exploring this as a option – in the meantime, there is an easier solution for you. If you go to “Rosters” you can apply Work or Not Working for irregular working days and this will update the calendar.

We highly recommend you use the calendar to add your appointments, even walk ins for the following reason:
- Occupancy reports
- Real hours worked by staff
- Keep your calendar up to date for live online bookings and availability
This way you can still check out (with a family discount if applicable) and add products for sale and tips.

Shedul is the ONLY service that offers SMS for free. We plan to introduce more countries and more notification types in the future :)
You can apply a 5 or 10minute delay to messages sent under Setup >Business Settings >Client Notifications :)

What most salons are doing is the following set up for their services:
New Group : Hair
New Service : Hair Cut
Pricing Type - Multiple: Short + Time + Price
Pricing Type - Multiple: Medium + Time + Price
Pricing Type - Multiple: Long + Time + Price
Plus some clients have added:
New Group: Hair - Prices May Vary Slightly
Finally, you can also add to the service description for the Online Booking Widget which is visible when the client is adding their details to complete the booking.
Eg "Please note that prices may vary slightly depending on hair length, thickness and duration of service"
This way clients know what they are signing up for when they book online but this still gives you flexibility for variations.
Very cool idea! We’re developing multiple language options later this years so we’ll see if we can incorporate this somehow so that clients can choose the language of the widget.

Meanwhile, for your online section, there are a few customizations you can make. For example:
1. You can add your whole service menu in your language
2. You can free-type information into the "Cancellation policy" (Setup>Business Settings>Online Booking)
3. For the website widget, you can customize the button to say anything you like (Setup>Online Booking>Booking Button, and under "Button Text" free-type what you want the button to say).
4. Booking messages can be customised as well Setup>Business Settings>Communications, you can type in any message you like in any language!
Also, if you're using Chrome you can right-click and translate the whole side. It's not a perfect translation but it might help :)

Thank you Carlo - perhaps an offline feature would be more useful? Shedul is already mobile friendly and you can "Add to home screen" so it appears along side your other apps so it's always available at your finger tips.
We do plan to add some offline features to the system, like ability to check the calendar, checkout sales and add appointments without a connection but we recommend users to be online as much as possible to enable the live bookings (which clients love!). Plus, if your internet just cut out, (or the sky falls) you can just jump onto your mobile and use your data as Shedul is text based so it doesn't use much data at all :)

Our logic is for Shedul to save you as much time as possible by reducing the steps needed to be taken.
As a result, you can simply publish the hours you are willing to work and clients can book directly with you meaning the appointment is automatically confirmed.
If there’s an approval process, it would be easier for then to call you, which increases your work load.

We might have a different understanding for wait list. We understand it as; You provide a Class that can only take 10 people, so the 11th person will be put onto the Wait List so they are notified if a spot is made available.
From my understanding from your description, you would like to evenly distribute new business across your team? Shedul allows clients to ONLY book online into your available slots within the calendar and the appointment are randomly allocated across available staff. This means it is fairly distributed and it’s impossible for double bookings.
Ps – we now also have commission per staff for total products sold and total services sold. Have a look under “Staff” to allocate your new percentages.

Thank you for explaining further. If we are talking in terms of Rooms/Resources, then this feature will be going live next week and called "Resources". You'll be able to allocate specific Rooms / Resources to specific services so that when the booking is made Online or in person, the system will automatically allocate a resource or inform you that a resource is unavailable. Be that a therapist or a room/chair/equipment.
As you can imagine it's been a beast of a feature to tackle so once it's live, we'll really appreciate your feedback on this.

Extended version is something we’d like to incorporate by creating client ‘accounts’ so they can manage their bookings and confirm/reschedule easily.
Shedul app is on it's way but it's already been designed for optimal mobile use. You and your team can access your account through the internet browser and it works just like an app. You can then save your Shedul calendar to your home screen, just open the browser menu and select the "add to home screen" option.
Shedul will then appear alongside your other apps.
We also recommend using Chrome as it's the most reliable and if you have your settings right, it'll save your password so you don't have to log in each time.
