Incomplete client card reminder
When a new client calls to make an apointment its not practical to fill out all the details over the phone etc.
When they arrive at salon and fill out the paper client card sometimes details can be missed out or maybe not get entered on schedul.
Could we have a reminder set for the salon user/admin to collect these details/enter them on the system. Maybe just the main details such as names and contact number? Possibly at checkout/rebook point?
Something not annoying eg a message that says in incomplete contact details. Maybe selectable or set just so they can be identified and contacted so only name/number fields??
Hey Paula, the solution here is to enable online bookings. Client details are mandatory when the client books online so it’ll save you a lot of time and won’t require any internal notifications :)
