System Update and Maintenance
Yesterday the system is unable to load data for an hour or more, it's really difficult to run a salon with no information when you rely on Shedul Calendar for day to day.
Not the first time we have had this problem. Why we are not receiving a notice ahead like a day before that system will be under maintenance for that specific hour, in order for us to have a hard copy or any offline system to run while your team are doing an update, also it's a struggle to contact the support team or the in-charge account person, I really don't understand why updating the system should be done on service hours , hence, they can do it after midnight while all Salon's and Spa are closed. This kind of thing was discussed with our key account person since the first system shut down.
Tried to contact them yesterday but didn't get a response. Please advise what is the best solution to avoid this to happen again.
Unfortunately, it is always 5pm somewhere in the world, and being a worldwide service it is going to effect someone at the most inconvenient time. (I swear its 12pm GMT).
However Shedul SHOULD at least give prior notice to doing a major upgrade - Which they haven't done on several occasions, and it's got my back up before.
