we could do with a method of knowing when a clients information was updated last , along with prompts every 6 or 12 months when a client rebooks to check the details are correct.
also the possibility of a form automatically being sent asking they still wish to be contacted via email sms.
also allowing us to hold peoples mobile numbers and emails but being able for them to opt out of the client notifications sms / email or both.
all mainly focused around gdpr compliance
