"Add on" services- services that dont take any extra time
Is there a way to add on servives to an appt that dont take any extra time? For instance, we offer pedicures but charge extra for a callus treatment, it doesnt take any extra time and it would be great to just add that on at checkout.
A "pop up" add on option, like macdonalds "would u like fries with that?", both for online bookings & insalon/ph bookings,
Hey Sarah, you can add these as “Products” as they have a monetary value but do not take up extra time :)
Hey Shedul, we are wanting to offer optional add-ons (additional/supplemental services) to selected services that will be presented as an option once the service has been added, ie book in for full head colour, and once selected they then have option to add cut & finish after (say +£10). I tried 'add pricing option' but this just lists a separate service in the list when booking, doing this will make the list look a lot longer and add confusion.
I would like clients to be able to choose their service and then, based on their service, be prompted to choose upgrades to the service. This feature is available in the "massagebook" program and increased service upgrades at scheduling.
service add ons eg nails gel or polish.
I have a lot of add-on hair services that do add extra time and it would be nice to be able to add it to their service after they've selected their main service.
i.e. Select Wash and style, then on next tab they select all they additional services they want to add so they cant select these from the main menu.

When a client books online have a section for additional services.
Client books a hair cut "would you like to add a deep conditioning as an add-on?" or just a list of add-on options
When booking online the add on treatments pop up asking client if they would like to add something extra to the main service. Example: Booked a 1hr massage system lists add on services that go with the 1hr massage. Like a foot scrub. That way if a client wants an add on that needs more time booked it is scheduled properly and helps us make more $$ per treatment.
Yes agreed we need add on services and also more flexibility when its a sliding scale price add on. For example client books for hair highlights quarter head 2 hours but upon consultation decides she needs a full head plus treatment plus eyebrow tint, oh can i also have a mani pedi too? Yes no problem we have extra staff to cover that etc.. this is not easy with the current setup infact its impossible especially at check out...
Is if a client is booking a facial online, their could be a pop up that offers a tint or wax for xxx dollars or a current promo, a booking for a leg wax and it asks if your wanting a bikini included etc...
On the ph your staff can offer these but online booking we tend to loose that option of up selling...

Having add on's for a service. We are a makeup studio and if someone wants airbrush that costs $20 extra but takes no extra time. We also offer lashes for an extra $10 which takes no extra time. So I would love to be able to select service of makeup application and then add on lashes/ airbrush so that my artists can still get commission on the add on's

I would definitely like to be able to let clients add on services when they are booking. Maybe a screen that pops up, like the one where they can choose the therapist. So they can choose their massage and then choose if they want to add on hot stones, or aromatherapy. This way they can be exposed to what add-ons are available, and even if they don't choose it at booking it may make a later up-sell easier. Rather than having it as a product, because the client can't ever see the product when they are booking. The problem is that if you add it as a service, it has to have a time associated with it. If you could remove this hard block, then it would let me have add-ons on the list, without necessarily changing the appointment time required. Adding on aromatherapy takes no extra time, but adding on full body hot stones would. So I need the option.

Definitely an option to have add on a added by the client as well when they book online and at checkout. This can ensure they have the choice to decide
Your software requires a time-frame to be added in for additional services although often that add on service doesn't take any additional time, So it forces user to 1)make add on service 1 minute and change the appointment times from 1 hour to 59 minutes to accomodate an hour long service into the daily schedule or what i've done 2)made the add-on a 'product' to be applied during check out. The concern with this method of making an add-on service into a product is that reception must put in a note that the add on is to occur and must remember to manually add on afterwards at checkout. It leaves alot of room for error.
