Blocking Clients has gone live!

We have released new features that will give you the ability to block unwanted clients from being able to book online, along with clear notifications and information for all staff members to see why these clients have been blocked.

Blocked Clients will not be able to: book online, rebook or reschedule, nor will they be able to leave reviews or ratings, so this should really cut out all the regular no showers and creepers.

    How is this coming along? Just had another no show and its so annoying!! Also, any update on when we will be able to get clients to pay a deposit as part of the online booking process?

    we are losing business because of customers who take appointments and does't show up, and they sometimes take double appointments in the same day or three days in a raw.

    Please add the feature. We have same problem with some of customers. We do not want to answer their phone but we are scared that they book us online. Thanks!

    Is there a way we can deactivate certain clients from booking, so that they would have to call-in only and reserve with credit card if necessary. We keep having no show clients sneak into our schedule, and even though they have a history of several no shows, there is no way we can disable their ability to book. We try to keep an eye out, but sometimes they fall through the cracks.
    Maybe just a box we could select or something that lets them know it has been disabled and they will need to call. Something like that would be great. Thanks!

    I would like a on/off button on each client profile that will allow me to turn off online booking when client has canceled or no showed a few times. This is a option since I can not accept credit cards for booking on line at this time.

    Customers who want a refund when you do all you for them. These need to be blocked only demeaning you and your profession. Block them is the only option, let some one else please them!

    Another Barbershop here, we have a few problem clients who have now booked 3 appointments and failed to show. We would love to be able to block these clients from booking online and they have to phone the barbershop and pay for missed appointments.

    This is increasingly becoming a major problem, they dont show, we cant pay bills, it also has a knock on effect as we run a cancellation list. We are booked out 2 weeks in advance and no-shows, repeat offenders are a nightmare.

    No-shows is a common issue in this industry, and online booking makes business owners more susceptible to not only joker timewaster competitors blocking you out. Adding one more voice to this, please implement URGENTLY this is needed by so many! Can you at least let everyone know if this is coming? Is it part of the planned customer-login feature that will (eventually) be rolled out? You might be free (for now) Shedul, but why does everything take so damn long to implement?

    We have opposition now making online bookings and filling up our calendar and we now are considering turning off the online system as anyone can just fill up your best staff or days . So walkins we are turning away but then the online bookings dont show. This is needed urgently

    Yes, this is needed. I have a couple of clients who book and no show and would like to be able to put something on their profile that doesn't allow their name or number to have access to booking in.

    If you could BLOCK not only certain clients from making their own booking online but also from staff being able to book them if they are clients that management don't want to service for whatever reason (no show/difficult/always complain etc).

    Why is the option to block client not available. This is very frustrating trying to manage manually on a day to day basis. If a client is "abusing" the system by booking and not showing up..... There should be a way to block their ability to make an appointment for future dates.

    How are we doing on this?? Its been SEVERAL months.. We're ready to move to another booking provider if this can't be implemented.
