Client Chat Conversations
Two way conversations - reply to messages - instant chat - adhoc messages - Allow us to sent a text message or email to the client from the client list. This would allow us to communicate with the client with out them having our personal email or mobile number. (Separate to Marketing and Promotions)
This would be crazy cool!
Keen to see if this is still in demand after we’ve released the Client App where client’s can “Manage their bookings” include Book, Rebook, Reschedule and Cancel.
Will keen an eye on this one :)

Any idea when this feature will be available, it has been over a year since it was 1st reported.
or how about integrate with facebook messenger instead? i chat with my clients real time via FB and can have a nosey on their current hair color and location and recent posts.
for many years we have only used Facebook messenger to accept online bookings. this is because we never wanted to ask for credit card payment and needed an extra layer of protection against fake email accounts and throw away sim cards.
Facebook definitely helped reduce fake bookings, but much more than that. we can get an idea on the potential clients hair, their location, their friends and generally if i dont feel they are a good client i will not book them in.
i cannot tell you how helpful this is. please find some way to integrate facebook into the booking so that we can check on them or use facebook messenger to reply.

What happens when the client responds to the text with a question?

When a client replays to a confirmation text sent by Shedule that it is forwarded to my phone so that I can get the message from my client. I only use SMS
I agree. My clients are always trying to email or text back and are not able to get ahold of me. They think they can text back. It would be so much easier if they could! I know that salon iris does this and their service is only 20/month

We need a way to receive text messages from clients that reply to the automated reminder texts.
I like to send out SMS and get clients to reply to confirm, that way there's no confusion on wether they got the SMS or not
This is how my SMS appointment reminders read
LOCATION_NAME *Appointment Reminder* with STAFF_FIRST_NAME on BOOKING_DATE_TIME. Please call (337) 625-5105 ASAP if you need to reschedule.

When clients book a massage at time they input information that needs a response. When trying to respond I am not able.
Instead I must input client email and begin a new email thread.
It be great to respond immediately to initial booking.
Love Shedul as it's free and easy to use. Recommendation is client should be apply to reply via text or email to confirm or cancel when notification are sent out.
Thanks Jammie! That works to text my clients! They all have my cell number but I didn't want to have them all in my phone contacts so being able to text from my client list is a perfect solution for me and I hadn't figured out how to do it!

Great idea to advise clients when any products they are waiting on come in. Or any communication that is not too important.
If the Client's mobile number was not entered before the notification deadline has passed include a "Send Notification Now" button to remind them.
Hello we would like to able to sms client list to remind to come in and get a service or to advitise a new service to all customer. With no reply needed.
Allow us to see if a client texts back to the reminder text.

The only problem with doing it this way is that the messages are sent using your mobile number and your client will then have your personal mobile number. When an appointment reminder is sent to the client it goes through the Shedul program and a different number sends it and there isn't a way to reply to it.

I found a way to send a SMS message, but not an email and ONLY on a MOBILE DEVICE. Go to the Client list and select the client you want to send a message to; on the "Summary" tab, scroll down to the clients information and their mobile number should be in BLUE; if you tap the number ONCE, it will give you the option to call the number OR if your press and hold the number for a couple of seconds, it gives you the options to CALL, FACETIME, SEND MESSAGE, ADD TO CONTACTS OR COPY; simply choose SEND MESSAGE and it will take you to your "Message" App and you can send out your message. Hope this helps!
Can be very useful to communicate with clients via email or text for other reminders, like a personalised message for a Reccomendation to client.
