Communications: Send Messages to clients beyond notifications
It would be useful to send messages directly to clients from the system. The email addresses are already there and would allow for rapid response to issues

I'd like this for asking to move client's appointments, not just for marketing purposes
WE WOULD LOVE TO BE ABLE TO SEND A MASS TEXT TO CLIENTS FOR SPECIALS OR ACTIVITIES THAT WE MAY BE HAVING.

Would be amazing to be able to send seasonal messages and holiday closing times to our clients.. Is there any way we can do that now?

I would also like this system as I can't always use my phone at my premises. It would save a lot of kerfuffle.
Would love this texting option too. For example if there is a monthly special we could send notification to all clients via text
you can send a text from your client info page if you are using your mobile device. In their info page under their name their number shows up in blue, if you click it it gives you the option to call but if you hold it down it will give you the option to text(if its a mobile number) . The only drawback would be if you dont want your clients to have your cell number. Dont know if somehow Shedul could make the emails clickable also but that would solve that!
great idea! i would love to be able to send individual emails to clients. (how did the new style work for you...how did you like the shampoo...here is that recipe we talked about....whatever!) it would be wonderful to interact with clients thru shedul!

I've used many appointment scheduling services and the only one that offers call reminders was Schedulicity. That is helpful for the older clients who cannot text or for people who prefer not to text or email.
Everyone does not check email so it would be nice. Also being able to message and reply within the service from the clients history (Timely software allows this).
