Marketing: Feedback and Review Capture
Add a link with each receipt sent by email for customers feedback & services rating to improve customer satisfaction and ensure services quality
As part of your Fresha upgrade, you can a capture client ratings after the appointment has been completed.
You now also have a dedicated report to view who has left you a review and for which appointment.
See the ⭐ icon from the main menu on the calendar to view your ratings or head to “Online Bookings” to see your reviews tab
There are still plans to include written reviews!
2 way feedback mechanism
It would be awesome if clients and customers could leave a review through booking or completing a purchase, similar to MassageBook.
Clients would receive an email a few days after the service to review the stylist or service provider and the service they received. This gives us a chance to correct an unhappy client that didnt say anything about disliking what they received or if they were happy we could post on our website or Facebook page the positive reviews in order to pull more clientele. After all word of mouth gad been the best way to advertise in my option.
Feedback is integral to keeping our business great. We do call our clients for feedback, and our emails ask for feedback also. However, a friend of mine has a computer system that sends a text shortly after the client has been to the salon for a service asking the client to rate the service out of 10. she finds this very successful and gets a high rate of response.

A survey after clients visit. This is kept anonymous so you can get honest criticism
I'd love to be able to add hyperlinks to my review pages (so a link to my Facebook Review/Ratings page) to make it easy for my clients to leave a review when their appointment is over.
This is already completed in the "Thank You" notification

if you wanted to have the client email feedback you could always edit the message and leave your email in with or instead of the phone number :)
I absolutely agree I think this should be a priority.
This would be fantastic sent via email or text message, asking for a star rating and comment to give staff feedback

Square offers this. It would be cool if rating and comments could show up somewhere for new clients to view.
feedback comes into your back office giving you a choice what to or not to post where it then would post right to your booking page for customers to read
i would be very interested in this! getting feedback is so amazing for business growth, i do not have the time to call clients to receive feedback. it would help with our one to ones and salon meetings.

Hi I know you're looking into text messages for other areas rather than just the email, but I feel this would be a perfect idea for a thank you to arrived via text message as many of my clients don't use their email addresses. Plus they will more likely respond to a text than email.

add a "please leave feedback" message to send to client automatically once the treatment is completed.
A thank you note to client for a Reccomendation and their bonus gift for next visit.. ie: link a pop up option to clients name section that you can sent a thank you for the referral.
A follow up text to see how the client enjoyed their appointment and an opportunity and a place for clients and potential clients to leave/view reviews

This brings business and is a valuable tool, missing my (previous) reviews! This could make a great thing even better. I know this was a previously mentioned idea, but totally endorse the idea it and think it deserves more priority.
