    wondering if you can incorporate a feature to send Group emails to clients offering discounts and special offers.

    wouold love to hear as this is a feature that i currently use from my company email account and wondered id its possible to use from the Shedul Platform.

  3. Online Booking: Set Time Slots

    Please could we have an option to only allow clients to book on the hour or half hour times for online booking? Just like you have the option for calendar settings displayed. If people don't want this, they don't have to. Thank you

    Online Booking Time Slots ⏲️

    We’ve done it! We’ve updated the online booking time slots to allow for 15, 20, 30 mins and 1h intervals!

    This way, you can be more flexible on how granular your online booking availability shows.

    To set this up, head to “Online Booking” > “Settings” and remember to save your changes.

  4. App for iPhones and Androids

    APP. WE NEED AN APP :)

    You guys should create a downloadable free app for Shedul that can be downloaded on android and apple devices. This app should also be able to be used offline and then once wifi or data is on it would upload any offline appointments or updates made on the website version. This would be really helpful when on the go, especially since my phone doesn't have data so I'm only able to check my bookings while I'm at home or somewhere else with WiFi. Thanks.

  5. Staff Notifications - Email and SMS

    have a notification through text message for Staff members confirming,cancelling, new appointment booked online, Client Arrival etc just receiving an email is not enough and it would be great to have an android app that notifys you especially for online bookings.

    Each staff member can now be notified through the bell icon when an appointment has been created or updated. Whether you’ve been booked online or internally, whether it’s rescheduled or canceled, never miss a beat!

    Head to the avatar in the topic right hand corner and click the gear icon to update your Notification Settings

  6. Permissions: Zero Access To Client Information

    Can low user permissions please exclude the message section as this means all staff will have acces to clients contact details. Ideally low users can login to see their own client list for the day and change their hours but nothing further a client contact list is very valuable for a practice and at the moment the current user permissions rely on the staff being fully trustworthy and not leaving taking clients with them

  7. in salon i have my account logged in (which means they can access everything) can you create a 'salon' login.

    rather than me having to create a separate login in with limited access, is there a salon login. my account is always logged in on our salon computer, which means the girls can access everything. my concern is they can book days off without authorization. (which they haven't nor should they) but it would be cool to have a salon desktop option so we can keep logged in all day.

    For restricted staff log-ins, go to “Staff” >"Permission Levels" to see the different levels of restrictions.

    Then go to “Staff” >"Staff Members"> and add your staff email addresses and change their user permission level to anything higher than “No Access”. They will then receive an email to create a password.

    This way, staff have restricted access and you can see who created which appointment, when.

  8. Facebook Pixel Integration

    Most spas/salons market using Facebook and it's really important to be able to integrate the pixel onto the site. Most other scheduling softwares allow this. It's absolutely vital to have this feature on the app.

  9. Calendar Quick Navigation

    Shortcut buttons to go to 2 weeks, 3 weeks from now, 1 month from now etc. / jump quickly to rebook appointments

    It would be helpful to have the drop down calendar on the "calendar" page to show 2 months at a time. It would also be helpful to have it show the week number as you move along each week. For example: 3 weeks from today would be the week 2nd week in March. It would help when figuring out booking an appointment "x" number of weeks out.

    We also need the option to print out the inventory list, for employees to check off as they use, and for a report to be printed with all that needs to be re-ordered.

    Yay! Now your staff can add profile photos! Clients can see staff photos while booking online, and photos also show on your calendar.

    Give your team their own log in access so they can download the app, log in to view their appointments, add their staff photos and receive push notifications regarding their appointments!

  20. Services depending from the location

    With different locations you may have services which are not available on all of them. Adding an option to have them only in one or the other calendar would help
