  1. App for iPhones and Androids

    APP. WE NEED AN APP :)

    You guys should create a downloadable free app for Shedul that can be downloaded on android and apple devices. This app should also be able to be used offline and then once wifi or data is on it would upload any offline appointments or updates made on the website version. This would be really helpful when on the go, especially since my phone doesn't have data so I'm only able to check my bookings while I'm at home or somewhere else with WiFi. Thanks.

      Hi Team.

      Shedul is already a Web App which means it’s already 100% optimised for mobiles and also means we can automatically release updates and new features every two weeks, without you needing to physically update a downloaded Native App every two weeks.

      Basically, with a Web App, we can auto update your account for you regularly so you always have the latest version! :)

      You can also already open your calendar on your mobile then “Add To Home Screen”. A Shedul Icon will then appear alongside your other applications for quick, easy access.

      The downloadable app is in process, as it’s in high demand, but you’ll see Shedul is 100% optimised for Any Device, Anywhere, Any Time :)

        Hi All,

        We’re developing what we believe to be an even better solution than the client having to pay deposits. We’re building a client facing application so they can “manage their bookings” including reschedule, rebook and cancel but it’s attached to their card details. As it’s all live bookings, it’s automatically confirmed. They’ll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there’s no need to re-confirm. If they no-show, you can choose to apply a no show fee or cancellation fee as you have their card details.

        This way, the clients are not blocked from booking but you’re still protected. These will all be live in the next couple of months.

              • Mobile phone number format

                Please modify the phone number format for Romania (and many other countries):

                Everyone writes their phone number starting with 0, so the correct format should be +4 not +40:

                +4 07xx xxx xxx

                instead of

                +40 xx xxx xxxx

                So an example, the phone number should look like this:
                +4 0723.456.789

                not like it does right now:
                +40 72.345.6789

                  Thanks for sharing! We’ve started work on this and have addressed a solution. Should be live in a few months so that clients can add whichever format they need :)

                  It would be nice to only see who is working that given day. You can add this in that drop down menu. Something like the following:

                    Sometimes we book for one service then end up doing something different. It would be handy to be able to make that change at the checkout screen rather than editing the whole appointment and then checking out.

                      There must be client login area. where a client can look at their confirmed appointment or else he can cancel or reschedule their appointment by thier own.

                          it would be beneficial if the diary automatically updated/syncd every couple of seconds in the background so it was live seeing if another user has changed something, if an online booking has been started etc.
                          at the moment you have to go forward a day and back again or refresh the page everytime you want to book an appointment to make sure somebody hasn't changed or made appointments off there phone or online etc.

                              Head to “Sales” > “Daily Sales” > “Cash Movement Summary” to view all of the payments and payment types you have taken in that day.

                              This is based on the date the payment was made. The Transaction Summary is based on the date the Invoice was raised.

                              The Cash Payment Summary of your payment transactions will help with Cashing-up at the end of the day so you know how much excess cash to remove from your till to balance it :)

                            • Calendar: Booking Status - Confirmed

                              Based on my experience with clients, I would really appreciate Book Status - Confirmed. For a beginning that can be just another button, were this information will indicate that my client confirmed upcoming appointment. As a extended version of this feature I would set up remained let say for 24 hours before and on this time clients could get a message/email were they have to reply on with simple "YES". After confirmation I would get a message and I can be sure, that all clients will come on the time.

                              This feature can be really useful especially for this type…

                                  Processing card payments to additional countries will be enabled soon after.

                                  In the meantime, you can still use the POS system to track all financial records, taxes, commissions, tips, inventory, sales, raise invoices and more :)

                                      Hi Tony, it’s available for all three but not for huge files/custom range files. If you use the pre-set ranges you can export for sure :)

                                      We’re working on allowing you to export wider rangers but in a smart way so it doesn’t slow your system down.

                                        Payroll has already started, with reports you can track:
                                        - Staff Commissions
                                        - Staff Working Hours
                                        - Staff Services and Product Sales

                                        Actually hours worked can be tracked under "Sales ">"Appointments"

                                        These reports are all building up to a fully Payroll feature.

                                      • Historic Employee Roster

                                        When setting the default employee schedule, it retroactively updates the past dates, too. It should only update from the current to future dates.
