Maybe a way to personalize questions or forms for client to fill out prior to booking an appointment. There are certain services offered that require the client to be 18, fill out certain information, or read over cancellation/appointment policy. It would be great to be able to personalize and incorporate that into the online booking system before they can place an appointment.555 votes
We do plan on adding custom intake forms to Shedul so that you can manage everything under one roof.
In the meantime, many businesses are using Google Forms or TypeForm to create forms and questionnaires and adding the URL link to Shedul’s client Email Notifications.
You can edit notifications under "Setup">"Client Notifications" where you’ll see the different message types for Reminders, Confirmations, Reschedules, Cancellations and Thanks Yous.
Remember to save changes :)
You have the date of birth option. Is there any way and email can be send a week before to remind you as it would be nice to send a birthday £5 voucher and they may come in and spend more! Serendipity318 votes

Birthday messages will be automatically sent as part of our marketing tools. We’ll be going live with all marketing tools together in the next few months.
In the meantime, you can go to “Client” to export a full list of your client birthdays to always have a list to hand :)

I’m a mobile hairdresser and In my app I’m using at the moment here is a sat nav option, clients home address added and you just click the clients folder and push the sat nav option and it takes you to your clients address! We’re planning on developing push notifications for staff notifications, through the Native App, once it’s live.
In the meantime, staff will receive an email notification anytime someone books online, through your widget.
Set this up under "Setup">"Staff Notifications"
You can also give your team restricted log in access so they can log in from their mobiles whilst on the move.
Head to “Staff” > “Permission Levels” to view and adjust the different levels of access, the go to "Staff">"Staff Members" to allocate the chosen level of access :)

It would be nice to have the schedule update live. What I mean by this is if we have reception booking appointments at the front computer, it would be nice if the the newly booked, changed, or cancelled appointment show up automatically on the back computer in the staff room where are esthetician are viewing the appointments. Hi there! Love love love this program, its so good. the only thing I can see so far after using it is an option for allocating your own processing time, then offering a finishing time with a drop down box for time frames to finish. I realise there is a processing time box there right now, but we have to manually schedule in our finishing times, which is ok, but would be smoother if the program could do it all for us :) But still love it, cheers Jane42 votes
After I filter my inventory list by category, the option to export disappears. I need my products to be listed by category and printable this way. Alphabetical order, order by quantity on hand etc does not help me. Need it listed by category.6 votes
I think it would be better if unpaid invoices for a particular client could be grouped together so they could be settled in one transaction.That way we wouldn't have to look upstairs each invoice and cash them separately4 votes

Thanks for sharing! Arabisation is planned for later in the year but in the meantime, you can already add your service menu in Arabic and also go to "Setup">"Client Notifications" and change the all the next to Arabic :)
It would be really great to incorporate a check box before clients can finalise a booking, where they need to actively agree to the cancelation policy before proceeding. Can this please be integrated?57 votes
The word CONFIRM is at the top of the page beside the timer but clients don't see or know that it is counting down their time to confirm and if they are on a mobile device unless they scroll down they don't see the real CONFIRM button so they hit the top button and then are frustrated and confused as to why they didn't get a notice for their appointment. Either make the top CONFIRM an actual button to confirm or change the heading to something like TIME REMAINING or just put the counter in its place.7 votes
