You guys should create a downloadable free app for Shedul that can be downloaded on android and apple devices. This app should also be able to be used offline and then once wifi or data is on it would upload any offline appointments or updates made on the website version. This would be really helpful when on the go, especially since my phone doesn't have data so I'm only able to check my bookings while I'm at home or somewhere else with WiFi. Thanks.794 votes

Shedul has already been designed for optimal usage on mobile devices.
To create a shortcut like an app, just open the browser menu and select the “add to home screen” option.
Shedul will then appear alongside your other apps :-)

it would make it easier if clients were able to purchase vouchers online, of course you would need to integrate a payment platform like stripe?, this could also work for clients being able to purchase their services online too.49 votes

I wonder if you plan to introduce an annual leave option to the roster. This would allow the business owner to keep an easy record of staff entitlement and usage. Also on the roster, an option to add sickness or other reasons for 'not working' would be beneficial to differentiate between rest days and working days.18 votes
Could we have a function to email the customer a copy of the appointment as a calendar email so it gets added into the clients calendar. A lot of people now use their smart phones calendars to organise themselves so would be a great reminder for them.11 votes
See +1 hours outside working hours i.e if working 9am - 9pm the only visible hours are 8am - 10pm. (Less scrolling on calendar)16 votes

we are running a nail salon, we sell multiple treatment as a package, like 6 manicure as one package, client come enjoy the treatment one by one, we deduct from the system.
the second package is topup, client register a memebership then topup $500 or %100, they enjoy the service with special discount and we deduct the payment from their membership account, once the value is low, client just topup before they continue enjoy our service.22 votes
Currently if the mobile number is recognised in an online booking then name changes etc are updated on the client record. This could cause issues if an incorrect mobile number is entered at the time of booking.84 votes
If they are similar enough they will merge, but if a variation of information is added, duplicates can be made, in case they are genuinely a new client.
We’ll have a “merge” clients feature in the near future (6ish weeks) and also the “Client Accounts” where all client info is locked in and matches to stop duplicate accounts being created. Plus, once someone books online, it usually saves their info so they don’t have to add it again, meaning the info is identical and will merge already.
Between these three, this should stop duplicates all together but the client account will filter whether they are a client already or not.
I know we can track inventory in the Products area of Shedul, but I don't see a way to print a Purchase Order.
We need a way to input an Order Level on each product as well as how many are On-Hand.
Then we can run a Purchase Order Report and know exactly how much we need to order.
Example: Shampoo Order Level: 10
We sell 6 leaving 4 on-hand.
The Purchase Order Report will quickly tell us we need to order 6, instead of having to track this elsewhere or manually going through each product.11 votes

Getting option of clicking on Early or Late Cancelation
Early Cancelation: Client Cancelated his or her appointment before the set time frame of your cancelation policy setting (Ex: Can cancel until 24hrs before his or her appointment without a set cancelation fee.)
Late Cancelation fee: Client Cancelated his or her appointment within the set time frame of your cancelation policy setting. (Ex: Client Canceled within the 24hrs mark of his or her appointmenent) Upon Pushing this button please allow an option to charge a late cancelation fee.
You have the date of birth option. Is there any way and email can be send a week before to remind you as it would be nice to send a birthday £5 voucher and they may come in and spend more! Serendipity199 votes

In the admin panel users should have the ability to translate to several languagues. If you wish i offer myself to transfer all to portuguese.

Would it be possible to have something where you can send reminder emails/SMS when a client hasn't re-booked since their last appointment? Something saying - Hi Yasmin, It's been four weeks since your last treatment, should you need to re-book call 07740 091 823 or book online.

This is planned, but in the meantime, you can go to "Reports">"Client List" and click on No Shows twice to see your top offenders :)
