    wondering if you can incorporate a feature to send Group emails to clients offering discounts and special offers.

    wouold love to hear as this is a feature that i currently use from my company email account and wondered id its possible to use from the Shedul Platform.

      I’m a mobile hairdresser and In my app I’m using at the moment here is a sat nav option, clients home address added and you just click the clients folder and push the sat nav option and it takes you to your clients address! Would be amazing if it could be added to shedul! I could delete my other business app!

      • Marketing: Client reminders to schedule next booking

        To be able to send out Automated time based reminders , to suggest to the client that it is time for a cut or colour visit , with adjustable time frames based on the service required and customer request .

        • Staff Notifications - Email and SMS

          have a notification through text message for Staff members confirming,cancelling, new appointment booked online etc just receiving an email is not enough and it would be great to have an android app that notifys you especially for online bookings.

            We’re planning on developing push notifications for staff notifications, through the Native App, once it’s live.

            In the meantime, staff will receive an email notification anytime someone books online, through your widget.

            Set this up under "Setup">"Staff Notifications"

            You can also give your team restricted log in access so they can log in from their mobiles whilst on the move.

            Head to “Staff” > “Permission Levels” to view and adjust the different levels of access, the go to "Staff">"Staff Members" to allocate the chosen level of access :)

            • Attach and include Intake Forms, Consent Forms & Questions

              Maybe a way to personalize questions or forms for client to fill out prior to booking an appointment. There are certain services offered that require the client to be 18, fill out certain information, or read over cancellation/appointment policy. It would be great to be able to personalize and incorporate that into the online booking system before they can place an appointment.

                We do plan on adding custom intake forms to Shedul so that you can manage everything under one roof.

                In the meantime, many businesses are using Google Forms or TypeForm to create forms and questionnaires and adding the URL link to Shedul’s client Email Notifications.

                You can edit notifications under "Setup">"Client Notifications" where you’ll see the different message types for Reminders, Confirmations, Reschedules, Cancellations and Thanks Yous.

                  It would be nice to have the schedule update live. What I mean by this is if we have reception booking appointments at the front computer, it would be nice if the the newly booked, changed, or cancelled appointment show up automatically on the back computer in the staff room where are esthetician are viewing the appointments. It would be nice if it showed up automatically without having to refresh the screen.

                      if you can add fill my book feature to make it easier to fill empty spots faster by throwing deals or discounts automatically for those time slots. other systems are offering that and it is pretty beneficial for small businesses

                        Hi there! Love love love this program, its so good. the only thing I can see so far after using it is an option for allocating your own processing time, then offering a finishing time with a drop down box for time frames to finish. I realise there is a processing time box there right now, but we have to manually schedule in our finishing times, which is ok, but would be smoother if the program could do it all for us :) But still love it, cheers Jane

                          After I filter my inventory list by category, the option to export disappears. I need my products to be listed by category and printable this way. Alphabetical order, order by quantity on hand etc does not help me. Need it listed by category.

                            I think it would be better if unpaid invoices for a particular client could be grouped together so they could be settled in one transaction.That way we wouldn't have to look upstairs each invoice and cash them separately

                              Please add Arabic to your application. You may start by translating email/SMS notifications and Invoices into Arabic. I would appreciate this very very very much.

                                Thanks for sharing! Arabisation is planned for later in the year but in the meantime, you can already add your service menu in Arabic and also go to "Setup">"Client Notifications" and change the all the next to Arabic :)

                              • Client consent tick box to agree with cancelation policy at time of booking

                                It would be really great to incorporate a check box before clients can finalise a booking, where they need to actively agree to the cancelation policy before proceeding. Can this please be integrated?

                                  The word CONFIRM is at the top of the page beside the timer but clients don't see or know that it is counting down their time to confirm and if they are on a mobile device unless they scroll down they don't see the real CONFIRM button so they hit the top button and then are frustrated and confused as to why they didn't get a notice for their appointment. Either make the top CONFIRM an actual button to confirm or change the heading to something like TIME REMAINING or just put the counter in its place.

                                      when calculating out payroll, it would help to have the tip report show details (client, service amount and tip amount) for each stylist. They can see who tipped them how much and will alleviate them searching through the tickets of the week, or searching thru the individual invoices.

                                          For each of our treatments, we have a 'Course of ten' option, so rather than one treatment for £44, the client can select a course of ten for £396.

                                          Often our clients pay this as a lump sum which means that every time we input a treatment in our calendar, it skews our figures/takings as each treatment shows up as £44 even though we've already taken the money from the client.

                                          Is there anyway around this? So if a client select a course of treatment, they pay once and then all subsequent treatments in that course is free as far…

                                            Thanks for sharing! Totally makes sense and we’ll make this happen but there’s a structural change to the client account which we’d need to work on first so might take a little while.

                                            In the meantime, you can pre-sell multiple “Service Vouchers” and use each code to redeem as they go, so it’s easy to track and redeem :)
