Simple functionality giving ability to award customer points based on purchases, and then for customers to redeem points.

When a staff member reschedules a appointment it would be great if there was a way to tell who rescheduled it. Currently when someone reschedules a appointment it says that it was booked by the person who booked the original appointment and not who rescheduled it.12 votes

You guys should create a downloadable free app for Shedul that can be downloaded on android and apple devices. This app should also be able to be used offline and then once wifi or data is on it would upload any offline appointments or updates made on the website version. This would be really helpful when on the go, especially since my phone doesn't have data so I'm only able to check my bookings while I'm at home or somewhere else with WiFi. Thanks.737 votes

Shedul has already been designed for optimal usage on mobile devices.
To create a shortcut like an app, just open the browser menu and select the “add to home screen” option.
Shedul will then appear alongside your other apps :-)

This is still in the pipeline. Did you know that you can already change colours based on “Status” including: blue, green, yellow.
In the meantime, if you keen to differentiate services you could use the colours as your own coding system :)

I have a company that I do Massage services for multiple times a month. I would like to send one invoice with all the dates and price itemizing each service at the end of each month. However I'm only able to send one invoice at a time. Making the company each month mistaken an invoice as a duplicate invoice.

when people are booking services such as four hand massage two staff members are required to perform it, or couples massage then two staff members are required to be able to provide the service, this means it cant be booked online as a client wouldnt know to book with two people at the same time to get the service, we need an option so that clients can go to book a service that requires two staff simultaneously and automatically schedules the client in with both staff members as a duo service and splits the service cost to calculate commisions.30 votes

we are running a nail salon, we sell multiple treatment as a package, like 6 manicure as one package, client come enjoy the treatment one by one, we deduct from the system.
the second package is topup, client register a memebership then topup $500 or %100, they enjoy the service with special discount and we deduct the payment from their membership account, once the value is low, client just topup before they continue enjoy our service.16 votes

I wonder if you plan to introduce an annual leave option to the roster. This would allow the business owner to keep an easy record of staff entitlement and usage. Also on the roster, an option to add sickness or other reasons for 'not working' would be beneficial to differentiate between rest days and working days.15 votes
