We’re actually developing an even better solution than the client having to reply and re-confirm. We’re building a client facing application so they can “manage their bookings” including book, rebook, reschedule, cancel and even leave reviews!
As it’s all live bookings, it’s automatically confirmed. They’ll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there’s no need to re-confirm. If they no-show, you can choose to apply a no show fee or cancellation fee as you have their card details, once processing payments is live.

An option that we can suggest a service or products that would be best for the client. Then Once the client is logged into their personal account an image of the product will pop up or send a message saying "we recommend ______ for you" Then list the description of that product. That way if we tell a client they need a moisturizer during the service and they don't buy it then, it will pop up in their account or email to remind them they need it. With a buy now option to purchase online. And also to remind clients their product might be getting low and its time to reorder. "Its been 4 months since you purchased _____ click here to order now"

A way to cancel clients for a specific day or time frame due to emergency/illness or weather. As a sole entity when I need to cancel all clients or some clients for a specific day, or a range of days ex mon-tue, for all or some clients.5 votes

Hi Team, As of now client can book services limited to 5 services in a go. We are beauty parlor service provider. Our clients need to book more than 5 services in a go.
Suppose a client has regular need in a month like Eyebrows, Arms Wax, Leg Wax, Facial, Bleach, Manicure, Pedicure etc.but they cannot select services more than 5 in a go.

Please add the "Brand Name" column to inventory orders. Multiple brands have products with similar names. It would be helpful when sending an inventory order with someone to a supplier if the order had the brand name as well as the product name.4 votes

so in my salon a lot of my clients pay through internet backing, then i go through my bank statements and check them off. is there any way when looking in reports -unpaid invoices tick off each invoice as paid instead of having to go in each individual invoice.4 votes
