  1. Ability to add logo to client notifications emails

    There doesn't seem to be the option of adding at least just a general business logo to appear on the booking page and appointment confirmation emails to clients.

        Hi Guys,

        We’re actually developing an even better solution than the client having to reply and re-confirm. We’re building a client facing application so they can “manage their bookings” including reschedule, rebook and cancel but it’s attached to their card details.

        As it’s all live bookings, it’s automatically confirmed. They’ll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there’s no need to re-confirm. If they no-show, you can choose to apply a no show fee or cancellation fee as you have their card details.

      • Staff Reminders: Patch test / Resign Consent Forms

        Another idea from us at Your Beauty Secret!

        Our clients fill in consent and medical history forms when they first start treatments, these need to be resigned and checked every 12 months; is it possible to setup a reminder so that when this 12 months has lapsed, staff are reminded to ask the client to resign the consent form?

          -area for client cards would be AMAZING that is quick to enter and quick to access or shows in the 'last visit' section.
          -also for recurring/regular/revisiting clients a 'quick select' from their list of previous treatments/ervices

          • Categorise clients

            I have several clients that are "VIP" clients and would like to have the ability to click VIP on their client information. Or even an option to personalize what kind of client they are.

            • making the notes feature easier to use and see at every visit

              we would like to see a listing of the past apt notes when you click on a persons info. it's not helpful to have to go back to look at each apt to see the notes for that apt. it seems weird to have to list all notes in the client notes with a date just to see more than one.

                Multiple quick log in section,

                    Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

                    I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

                      Currently, there are two places to add notes:

                      - Client notes would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or regular colour formulas/ conditions as they appear on every appointment which can be added anytime.

                      - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘reacted well, good progress etc’ which be viewed on the calendar as well as in the Client’s “Appointment History” under Clients. You can still edit Book Notes after the appointment is checked out, just click “complete” then edit.

                      So you can go back to refer to both Booking Notes and Client Notes anytime.

                    • When Customers "reply" to SMS

                      Sometimes customers get in a hurry and respond to the automated reminders sent by SMS, but obviously we don't get their responses when they do. Any work around on this?

                      Perhaps we can add a note that says, do not respond to this SMS reminder, it will not be received. Please call to make changes to your appointment. Something like that. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you so much!

                        Hi Guys,

                        We do plan on enabling two chat but in the meantime, most businesses have added “Reply to xxx” into the body of their message.

                        We’re actually building a feature for client to be able to “manage their own appointment” so this will hopefully eliminate replying to SMS altogether :)

                          Option to add direct link to one/multipe services or category for online booking. For. ex. If i have 100 services i prefer to send customer direct link to right services from the web page and skip some steps.                             You can actually restrict how many services are visible for online bookings.

                            Go to "Services"> click a service you do not want to be visible online then “Distribution” where you can Disable from online bookings.

                            We recommend you keep your best sellers visible for online booking and your more technical services hidden. This means a lot less scrolling for your clients

                          • More Reports

                            We are in need of certain reports that we just can't get through Shedule right now. Critical ones we have come across so far that we need:
                            Productivity Rate
                            New Client Retention Percentage
                            Existing Client Retention Percentage
                            Pre-Book Percentage
                            Retail Sales Percentage

                            As of now we are only able to see how long it has been since a client visited our salon, but there isn't a report that shows us the percentage of clients returning within a certain time. The way it is now it requires us to go through the list of clients and see it on a client…

                                It would be nice if there was a way for clients to indicate at the time of booking if they are being referred by a preexisting client or if they have a coupon for services.

                                  Definitely need a custom service option where we can enter that is not listed under our service menu when scheduling or checkout. This will enable any miscellaneous request from customer and we can enter with price.

                                      We don't have the option to see number of visits for each clients on the report, just the appointments number. One client can have for example 2 appointments (services) on the particular day, in the report it will count as 2 appointments, but in reality it is only one visit(appointment). Is it possible to get column in report to have number visits per client in addition to number of appointments.

                                          Love Shedul. It's made our lives so much easier!

                                          I wondered if there could be the option to restrict certain Services to certain days.

                                          For example, our fitness instructors would like to offer training sessions from Monday to Friday, but gym inductions any day of the week.

                                          Perhaps in the Services tab, when clicking into each Service we have set up, there could be a section added where we can select which days it is bookable?
