  1. Online Booking: Hide prices / Show as a range 'from' / P.O.A

    Please can we remove the pricing for the online booking widget, it really diverts sales!

      We’ve found in our research that clients like to know what they are signing up for whilst booking online so it’d be good to know your thoughts.

      You can however add “Prices may vary” into your Service Group Name, the service description, the confirmation email and the online booking cancellation policy.

      This way, you’ve covered for variations.

    • More details on clients receipt

      In receipt that a client gets it must be added same more details because in same country like mine (Greece) its mandatory same details to be written on the receipt to be accepted as official. So the owners name, the VAT number, company type (etc. manicure - pedicure & trade cosmetic), the tax office in which bussiness belongs.

        wait list for walk in's. with option of drop down for each staff member to check in client. as i have a walk in or appointment salon and the staff takes walk ins when available . The software i currently use has this its nice feature.
        also might change the online booking preference to a walk in if not choosing a staff member , looks as the preference chooses a staff for them but its not fare if its not a request as i pay on commissions.

          Hi Both,

          Thank you for getting in touch.

          We might have a different understanding for wait list. We understand it as; You provide a Class that can only take 10 people, so the 11th person will be put onto the Wait List so they are notified if a spot is made available.

          From my understanding from your description, you would like to evenly distribute new business across your team? Shedul allows clients to ONLY book online into your available slots within the calendar and the appointment are randomly allocated across available staff. This means it is fairly distributed and it’s impossible for double bookings.

          Ps – we now also have commission per staff for total products sold and total services sold. Have a look under “Staff” to allocate your new percentages.

          • S.O.A.P. notes.

            Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

            I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

              • Gift voucher redemptions should not count in sales total

                When the voucher is sold (for example for cash), it's counted in sales total. Then, when it's redeemed, it's counted in total sales again. This double counts the voucher sales and redemption in the total sales value. The redemptions should not be added to the total sales value for the day, as the fact of sale happened on the date of the voucher sale.

                  This report tracks both Sales and Redemption because there are two different accounting principles; Cash and accrual.

                  Cash tracks the sale of the voucher as revenue and Accrual tracks the redemption of the voucher as revenue.

                  The Daily Sales Report tracks both so you can choose which one to include.

                  We hear you loud and clear and will work on a solution to divide the two.

                • POS: Merging invoices: Multiple clients under one invoice

                  We haven't been able to find a feature at all where two different clients can pay on one check without changing the appointments to all be in one persons name. We have been checking them out separately in the system, for now. However we often run into this with parents paying for multiple children, or a bride whose friends want to pay for her services. If you could add an option at checkout to combine two clients onto one bill, similar to how you can add services and products, that would be fantastic!

                    • Individual Booking Links for each Stylist

                      The ability to have different links for each stylist/person's calendar. That way, the link can be copied or shared to their own clients/social media and only THAT particular stylist's service list will show up versus everyone's services. This will eliminate booking confusion between stylists and saving clients time having to search for whichever stylist he/she would like, then having to again search for the service.

                          Allow to customise the client section so I can add all the fields need for a full consultation, therefore all in one place.
                          i.e. Doctors contact info, In case of emergency contact info, where did you hear about me?, Why have you chosen me?, signature. (maybe photo as well!)
                          With the ability for marketing questions to be put into a graph i.e. how many have found me via internet v word of mouth.

                          • Private Scheduling System for Corporate Massage Clients

                            I have Corporate Clients that would like to schedule internal appointments online i.e. chair massage or regular massage. However, the only issue is that it will show as available to book for both the Corporate Clients and People of the Public with the online booking system. Can you create a private link, page or temporary/permanent login, that will only allow select groups or people to use for events/corporate events.

                              Hi Seth,

                              Thanks for sharing. A simple solution for this would be to create a new “Location”. This location can be call “Corporate client X” and your availability can be specifically applied to the days you work there. That way, they know where and when to book with you when booking online and can differentiate the two client types. Will help with financial reporting too.

                              To set up a new location, go to "Setup"> “Business Settings”> “Locations”.

                              Hope this helps :)

                                Shedul. needs to send out a daily reminder text to the stylist as well for appt. reminders. I know the client gets the reminders but I need the reminder as well.

                                  Thanks for sharing. The telcom companies are wanting to charge a small fortune so we’re exploring intelligent alternatives. In the meantime, remember you can provide your staff with their own log in details so they can check their schedules on the move.

                                    Good news is you can already apply a Service Description to the service which is visible on the last page of the Online Booking Widget. We will for sure look into adding this description sooner in the online booking process.

                                      It can be tedious to set every member of staff's opening hours for every day.

                                      When setting up if we could have the normal Mon-Sat opening hours set with the option to apply the same times to all days.

                                      When setting up staff members, the hours that most will be working is already input and will just need days off and adjustments.

                                          I have all of my clients contact information on our apple contacts. I have over 500 contacts on that machine and would hate to pay an employee to sit there and input each one into this system. There just needs to be an easier way to transport them

                                            Once you have this excel, we have a template you can copy your data across to and we’ll import it for you. No need to hire anyone :)
