  1. Online Booking: Tentative & Confirmed Appointments

    Hi guys,
    It would be awesome if a tentative booking can be made by the client online and then the stylist can then either approve it or sms the client with a new suggested time via the software program.

      The idea behind live online bookings is that you display your live availability and the client can book themselves straight in – therefor being confirmed automatically :)

      So all you need to do is make sure your calendar displays your correct working hours!

      • Client Chat Conversations

        Two way conversations - reply to messages - instant chat - adhoc messages - Allow us to sent a text message or email to the client from the client list. This would allow us to communicate with the client with out them having our personal email or mobile number. (Separate to Marketing and Promotions)

          wait list for walk in's. with option of drop down for each staff member to check in client. as i have a walk in or appointment salon and the staff takes walk ins when available . The software i currently use has this its nice feature.
          also might change the online booking preference to a walk in if not choosing a staff member , looks as the preference chooses a staff for them but its not fare if its not a request as i pay on commissions.

            Thank you for getting in touch.

            We might have a different understanding for wait list. We understand it as; You provide a Class that can only take 10 people, so the 11th person will be put onto the Wait List so they are notified if a spot is made available.

            From my understanding from your description, you would like to evenly distribute new business across your team? Shedul allows clients to ONLY book online into your available slots within the calendar and the appointment are randomly allocated across available staff. This means it is fairly distributed and it’s impossible for double bookings.

            Ps – we now also have commission per staff for total products sold and total services sold. Have a look under “Staff” to allocate your new percentages.

          • Commission Rate Per-Item

            Specific commission for specific items

            Set $ amount / Set % rate / Per service, product, voucher

            For example
            25% for all in-house and 35% for all outcalls
            This would mean an option to adjust the commission on treatments that are not the usual standard.

            Another feature could be where you can keep the commission of a treatment even though there is a discounted price

            • recurring blocked time

              Option to have recurring blocked time. I am the salon owner/manager and for things like processing payroll I am working on that weekly and would like to be able to book that easily with a recurring option rather than having to put it in each separate week.

              • Client formula tab added to client files

                A Client formula tab in each clients file would be very helpful! In a spreadsheet format with a way to sort by date of service for easy fast reference.
                This would be VERY useful for stylists instead of having a paper filing system!!
                The client notes & booking notes section is nice for the receptionist or front desk to use when booking or checking out appointments but does not really do the trick for stylists.                   Currently, there are Client Notes and Booking Notes:

                  - Client notes as part of client details will be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or constant formulas as they appear on every appointment
                  - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘would like lavender oil’ which appear in the clients history next to the appointment

                • Notifications: No shows

                  is there a way to send clients an email when they cancel at the last minute also when they are a no show?

                    Allow to customise the client section so I can add all the fields need for a full consultation, therefore all in one place.
                    i.e. Doctors contact info, In case of emergency contact info, where did you hear about me?, Why have you chosen me?, signature. (maybe photo as well!)
                    With the ability for marketing questions to be put into a graph i.e. how many have found me via internet v word of mouth.

                      Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

                      I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

                          The implemented feature is too simplistic: would need a percentage linked to total monthly sales, so if total < 500 = 10% on total sales, if total 501 < 1000 = 15%; if total > 1000 = 20%

                              We would like an option to set what specific slots are available for online booking to avoid people booking in at awkward times and creating unusable gaps in the schedule. e.g. bookings only on the hour

                                The reports should be able to show total time a staff has worked per day per service, as a lot of spas do not pay per hour. They pay their therapists per treatment duration.

                                For example: Andy worked at
                                12:00pm for 1 hour on body massage
                                5:00pm for 2 hours on a body massage
                                8:00pm for 1.5 hours on a foot massage.
                                The report should show:

                                Andy
                                12:00pm 1 Hour Body Massage
                                5:00pm 2 Hours Body Massage
                                Total Body: 3 Hours

                                8:00pm 1.5 Hours Foot Massage
                                Total Foot Massage 1.5 Hours

                                Total worked hours 4.5 Hours

                                  In the meantime you can go to “Sales” >"Appointments" and adjust your filter to your staff member then export to excel.

                                  You’ll then have a full list of Minutes worked.

                                    Not sure if its possible, but alot of my bookings are via facebook and I dont always get there mobile numbers, it would be great if I could auto facebook messgae them a reminder say 24/48 hrs before the appointment as well as/instead of sms.

                                      It would be great that if you don't give access to a user on the clients list, when this user goes to create a new appointment or is checking an appointment on his callender the user even from there must not have access to the phone number and emal of the customer.

                                        Since my location is a big city, we have clients from lots o different countries, it may be handy if all of us could choose the language of the site. The most common in my area are English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French and in the past few months, the Chinese and Korean comunity is increasing.

                                          Very cool idea! We’re developing multiple language options later this years so we’ll see if we can incorporate this somehow so that clients can choose the language of the widget.

                                          I work on a basis where other consultants in my team, purchases items from me, at an additional discount, over and above the special that they receive.

                                          Is there an option to add to the sales tablet for 2 discounts. Manual and a Consultant / Percentage discount (pre-loaded)

                                          At the moment there is only 1 of the 2 available and it takes quite a bit of time to load and then again go and delete any special pricing on the Product Management section.
