A Robust Integrated Referral System
In my 10 year experience using online booking software (Acuity, Booker, Mindbody, Genbook...) I've never found one that has robust and useful referral program support! From the referral type screen - I DREAM of an option that says "Who Referred You?" THEN the client could enter the name of the person or business who sent them my way. THEN - and this is the GOOD part - it would seamlessly add one referral to the source's record in Shedul! Quotes / Estimates
Would be great to have printable estimates for clients who want just to find out how much a set of procedures would cost them. Eventually these estimates could be converted to invoices.

I think it would be nice if in the sms confirmation it would say "respond YES to confirm" and once the client confirms we are notified

We’re actually developing an even better solution than the client having to reply and re-confirm. We’re building a client facing application so they can “manage their bookings” including book, rebook, reschedule, cancel and even leave reviews!
As it’s all live bookings, it’s automatically confirmed. They’ll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there’s no need to re-confirm. If they no-show, you can choose to apply a no show fee or cancellation fee as you have their card details, once processing payments is live.

Every stylist works at different speeds and yet we can only set one time for each service. This causes a booking issue, especially online.
If each stylist could have a profile and whenever you are booking under their name the time they need for a specific service would be saved under their profile. So if they need 4 hours for a Balayage it automatically adds that, while another stylist may only need 3.

The idea is that you add your average durations and then you can still edit the appointment within the calendar as we appreciate duration might change based on service provider or based on the thickness and length of a client’s hair.
For this reason we developed the multiple pricing types. eg
Service Group: Colour
Service:Balayage
Multiple pricing type: short + time + price
Multiple pricing type: medium + time + price
Multiple pricing type: long + time + priceLikewise, you can drag to extend or shorten the service if you think it’ll be faster.
Finally, you can create multiple service groups per service provider but this would make the online bookings very difficult for clients.
For now, we recommend you add the average durations and then edit the appointment durations within the calendar

Ability to add logo to client notifications emails
There doesn't seem to be the option of adding at least just a general business logo to appear on the booking page and appointment confirmation emails to clients.

Staff permission level / staff can see what i earn from clients
After the new update my staf can see how much money i earn from each of my clients. Even if i choose for the option LOW permission for staff. I want my staff can see in calender, can make appointments but don’t want my staff can see what my client have paid since he/she is my client! But I can not close that. Even if I only give permission to see only in calender. This bothers me verry much. Hope you can fix it as soon as possible. My staff does not have to know which amount money i eran…

Price Batch Update.
So in this instance, it is our annual price increase.
The system does not automatically update booked appointments going forward, only new appointments.
There needs to be an option to batch update all appointments from a given date to reflect the new prices of services.
Manually changing each appointment by changing the service > saving, then changing the appointment service again is not an acceptable option imo.11 votes -
Blocked time - all day option and multi-day
Would love the option to tick a check box for "all day" for blocked time, instead of 12:00am-11:59pm.
Also, would love to be able to choose 'from date-to date'. I know we can just adjust working days, but if someone is on vacation, on course etc. it's better to see it visually as blocked and the reason. (e.g. I have a staff member who takes 6 weeks off and I'd like to block it easily - the working days still allow someone to mistakingly book her, as we are mobile without set hours).

Speedy booking
instead and asking "next service", can i just click the multiple services in one scroll down menu? booking brow, then lip, then chin is a little time consuming.

when checking out a client there next apoointment should automatically pop up - for those clients that have future bookings in the system.

I would like to incorporate a function that could send automatically by whatsapp a sms confirmation of appointments the next day ... since in my company we always confirm appointments for the next day and it would be interesting to an appointment reminder will be sent automatically ... thanks

eg. R4p/km - Have to travel 50km - add the total automatically and add it to the booking.4 votesNice idea!
In the meantime, you can create a “product” where 1km is R4p.
Then during check out, you can apply this “product” and edit the quantity to how many kms you did.

Nice idea!
In the meantime, you can use Google Forms or Typeform and add the URL link to your “Thank you” Notifications" which are editable under "Setup">"Client Notifications">"Thank yous" :)

Back to back appointment suggestion
So as to avoid sporadic appointments throughout the day, enable a setting whereby a 'suggested appointment time' on a selected day will come up to try and support back to back appointments without large breaks in between.
