  1. Client Chat Conversations

    Two way conversations - reply to messages - instant chat - adhoc messages - Allow us to sent a text message or email to the client from the client list. This would allow us to communicate with the client with out them having our personal email or mobile number. (Separate to Marketing and Promotions)

      It would be nice if there was a way for clients to indicate at the time of booking if they are being referred by a preexisting client or if they have a coupon for services.

      • Online Booking: Reduce Scrolling in Services Menu

        Maybe you can add Category to the services, when a client is Booking Online, so he/she will be able to find easier the service he/she needs and not to have to scroll down.

        • Client formula tab added to client files

          A Client formula tab in each clients file would be very helpful! In a spreadsheet format with a way to sort by date of service for easy fast reference.
          This would be VERY useful for stylists instead of having a paper filing system!!
          The client notes & booking notes section is nice for the receptionist or front desk to use when booking or checking out appointments but does not really do the trick for stylists. When a stylist has to sort thru a bunch of little notes (like how some gets their coffee or who's always late!) it can be…

            Currently, there are Client Notes and Booking Notes:

            - Client notes as part of client details will be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or constant formulas as they appear on every appointment
            - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘would like lavender oil’ which appear in the clients history next to the appointment

          • View timeline/history of when "arrived" "confirmed"

            I was looking through the history of appointments when I noticed that I don't see a time that shows when I clicked on arrived or confirmed the appointment. It would be nice to see a timestamp to alleviate any question on time of arrival (late clients). Not sure if that's an option currently and I can't find it, but figured it would be a good feature if not.

              It would be great if we could have the option to adjust the specific date that vouchers expire. For instance Christmas gift purchases will be bought to be given on Christmas day so to be able to set the expiry date from 6 months after that rather than 6 months after the purchase date, would be helpful.

              • Create booking from client page

                Create booking from client page.

                It would be great if you could add a create booking button on the client page so you don't have to return to the calendar page to create a booking for that particular client.

                    We have some companies who send clients for our services but want a monthly invoice, would it be possible to access the client information and then to select all the unpaid invoices for payment and make a single itemised invoice which they can pay with a single payment. Now we have to export to excel

                      My clients have a 2-3 week turn over. It would be nice to have an option to send them a thank you just after their initial appointment. After a few months, they are going to get tired of receiving ANOTHER thank you note, identical to all the other ones.becomes meaningless after a while, but just the first visit it seems genuine!

                        I have used a system before that blocks out one box only for a client that has multiple booking as oppose to separate blocks. For example st the moment when a client has multiple booking their name appears multiple times and it blocks out multiple blocks meaning you have to hover over the appointment to see what different service the client is having. It would be fantastic if all services appeared in one block of time totaling amount of time taken and displaying all services under the clients name (only appearing once) and then listing the multiple services.                           HI Samantha, thanks for sharing. We’ll look into this further. The current design is to facilitate appointments that may be provided by other service providers Eg Colour by Staff A and Cut by Staff B.

                          Shortcut buttons to go to 2 weeks from now, 1 month from now etc. / jump quickly

                          It would be helpful to have the drop down calendar on the "calendar" page to show 2 months at a time. It would also be helpful to have it show the week number as you move along each week. For example: 3 weeks from today would be the week 2nd week in March. It would help when figuring out booking an appointment "x" number of weeks out.

                              Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

                              I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

                                Currently, there are two places to add notes:

                                - Client notes would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or regular colour formulas/ conditions as they appear on every appointment which can be added anytime.

                                - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘reacted well, good progress etc’ which be viewed on the calendar as well as in the Client’s “Appointment History” under Clients. You can still edit Book Notes after the appointment is checked out, just click “complete” then edit.

                                So you can go back to refer to both Booking Notes and Client Notes anytime.

                              • Calendar: Pin to Switching Between Users

                                I don't see this anywhere, but there should be a way to quickly switch between users. We have several team members and it would be nice if they didn't have to sign out/in to use the system.
                                Is there a way to switch users on the fly and set it up so they can sign in using a simple 4-6 digit employee I.D. number?
                                If there's multiple clients checking out, each team member would have to sign in, check out their client, sign out, and then the next team member has to sign in, check out their client, and then…

                                  We’ll explore a quick ID / pin switch. In the meantime, did you know:

                                  A) Everyone can access their own account through their own devices/mobiles and complete sales through there

                                  B) On the second page of check out, “Apply Payment”, in the top left hand corner you can choose who the invoice was “Received By” – this is how you can track quickly who completed the sale without having to log out/log in.

                                    • Gift Vouchers: Use Own Voucher Codes

                                      When a voucher is bought I would like to be able to add my own voucher number which can be searched for when it is redeemed. I use cards with barcodes for gift vouchers and currently have to have an excel document showing my barcoded voucher with the matching Shedul generated code.

                                        Remember that if you have preset voucher codes you can always add them as “Products” that you can sell, then create your own “Payment Type” to redeem and track.

                                        Once you’ve used up your preset vouch codes, you can then switch to Shedul’s, so it does all the generating, redeeming and tracking for you.

                                      • Permissions: Zero Access To Client Information

                                        It would be great that if you don't give access to a user on the clients list, when this user goes to create a new appointment or is checking an appointment on his callender the user even from there must not have access to the phone number and emal of the customer.
