  1. Online Booking: Week View For Clients Making Bookings

    A calendar view for booking online as opposed to only seeing times. As in, the client would see a calendar of the week with the unavailable times greyed out and the available times accessable

    • Staff Restrictions: canceling appointments

      I would like there to be an option to turn on/off the cancel appointment button. I only want admins to be able to cancel appointments, not staff. I use this for a mobile business so I don't want my stylists cancelling appointments on their own.

        There are days that we need to put a surcharge on a service like on holidays or on weekends, it would be helpful if we can create this like we do with discounts rAther than manually computing it and change on invoice. Thanks

          Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

          I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

          • Disable Double Booking

            An option to enable or disable double booking, auto refresh/syncronization .

            We have multiple computer systems that have the access to book appointments. Our staff have access to book appoints through their phones as well. Since there isn't auto refresh yet, an appointment can be made by someone either through the phone or computer and would not show up unless the window is refreshed.

            Mistakes have happened where, for example, an appointment was booked at 3:30 PM by our main computer and a few moments later a staff member made an appointment for 3:30 PM by our second computer without…

                HI Guys,

                Remember you can give staff restricted log in access so they can just check straight on their mobiles instead of having to print everything :)

              • Online Booking: Hide prices / Show as a range 'from' / P.O.A

                Please can we remove the pricing for the online booking widget, it really diverts sales!

                  We’ve found in our research that clients like to know what they are signing up for whilst booking online so it’d be good to know your thoughts.

                  You can however add “Prices may vary” into your Service Group Name, the service description, the confirmation email and the online booking cancellation policy.

                  This way, you’ve covered for variations.

                • Calendar: Delete test appointments

                  Dear all, I would like to check whether we can have any fuction to delete appointment history. We are testing the software and we dont want to show the test appointment history as i make my staffs get confused between the real one and the tested ones.

                  Meanwhile, it also help me to track the appointment cancellation correctly.

                    Hi Yen,

                    Thanks for putting this forward. We do plan on enabling a “clear” function.

                    In the meantime, if you would like us to wipe your calendar clean we can but you would also lose real appointments.

                    Please note that cancelled appointments are kept track of but they will disappear from your dashboard after a week.

                  • Roster: Two-week scheduling

                    There needs to be an option for at least a two-week schedule for staff. Most of our staff work "alternating Saturdays" and right now we have to schedule them for every Saturday and manually block off the ones they are not working.

                      Thanks for the suggestion. We are exploring this as a option – in the meantime, there is an easier solution for you. If you go to “Rosters” you can apply Work or Not Working for irregular working days and this will update the calendar.

                      It would be nice if there was a way for clients to indicate at the time of booking if they are being referred by a preexisting client or if they have a coupon for services.

                        We have a beauty therapist and hair stylists working in the same salon and under the one schedul program.

                        When Booking online, I've discovered that if a user was to select a beauty service (one employee that can do these) and then the user was to select a hair appointment, options to select a certain staff member doesn't appear. I believe the reason for this is due to the fact all the hair stylists (employees) are not assigned any beauty services and the beautician is not assigned any hair styling services.                           Allow to customise the client section so I can add all the fields need for a full consultation, therefore all in one place.

                                Is it possible to add staff arriving to CLOCK IN personally either by scanning their bar code or any other way? It would be great to have this integrated in Shedul so I can have the exact time of each staff member because I, like many others I pay the staff in hourly rate not directly connected by they service or task complited.                                   We haven't been able to find a feature at all where two different clients can pay on one check without changing the appointments to all be in one persons name. We have been checking them out separately in the system, for now. However we often run into this with parents paying for multiple children, or a bride whose friends want to pay for her services. If you could add an option at checkout to combine two clients onto one bill, similar to how you can add services and products, that would be fantastic!

                                    When customer gets the message "SMS", its better to see it from the business name instead of an international number. All the promotional SMSs we get are showing the business name as a sender not a number .. would love to have my SMSs look the same.

                                      I would like to be able to block out things on my calendar for online bookings.
                                      I would really like to use the online booking on my website but I am very worried that clients can book when ever they want leaving gaps I cannot fill with other clients. I have searched and cannot find an area that offers what I need.

                                        Thanks for getting in touch.

                                        Anything White on your calendar is bookable for online, anything Grey is not bookable – this way you can manage your online booking availability to whatever suites you best.

                                        Plus you can choose which services are availably for online booking already. Make the adjustment in the service details > online booking.

                                        Note that we already have thousands of users using the Online Booking tools and are very happy!

                                        Letting client’s book themselves in makes your life a whole lot easier and there’s no problem allowing clients to book themselves in and you reschedule slightly if necessary.

                                        So all you need to do is keep your calendar up to date with correct availability.
