    wondering if you can incorporate a feature to send Group emails to clients offering discounts and special offers.

    wouold love to hear as this is a feature that i currently use from my company email account and wondered id its possible to use from the Shedul Platform.

    - Ability to Confirm appointments, and Cancel / Reschedule appointment online

    There must be client login area. where a client can look at their confirmed appointment or else he can cancel or reschedule their appointment by thier own.

    Important information

    We are super excited to announce that these features are now live and part of the Fresha Plus Package.

    With the new online bookings widgets, clients are able to create an account, add a profile picture, book, rebook, reschedule and cancel their own appointments, leave reviews and much much more :D

  4. Merge Duplicate Clients

    It would be great if we could combine doubled up card files so we have an accurate picture of each client purchases.. Without a receptionist, some of our clients have 3 card profiles, as each stylist may have had difficulty finding their card and then created a new one.

    We have big news, everyone!

    We’ve launched Merge Clients! We know this was an important feature and highly in demand :D Thank you in advance for all of your votes.

    This feature allows users to either Auto-Merge Clients, by finding all duplicated entries in the system and combine them with one click or Manual Merge, by selecting client entries individually.

    On top of that, Shedul recognizes duplicates whilst a new client is being created, by matching existing data and therefore preventing any new duplicates being created.

    Important – once a client has been merged, they cannot be un-merged.

    It’s also worth highlighting that any staff member who have access to “Clients” will have access to the Merging Clients features.

  5. Staff Notifications - Email and SMS

    have a notification through text message for Staff members confirming,cancelling, new appointment booked online, Client Arrival etc just receiving an email is not enough and it would be great to have an android app that notifys you especially for online bookings.

    Brand New Staff Notifications!

    We’ve created something even better than email and SMS for staff notifications.

    More reliable and more cost effective, we bring you in app notifications!

    Each staff member can now be notified through the bell icon when an appointment has been created or updated. Whether you’ve been booked online or internally, whether it’s rescheduled or canceled, never miss a beat!

    Head to the avatar in the topic right hand corner and click the gear icon to update your Notification Settings

  6. POS: Modify / Add Services at Checkout

    Sometimes we book for one service then end up doing something different. It would be handy to be able to make that change at the checkout screen rather than editing the whole appointment and then checking out.

    We’ve created a brand new Appointment booking window, New Check out flow and more customisable Invoices.

    These features add loads more functionality, including:
    - New Designs
    - Increased optimisation for mobiles & tablets
    - Edit, Add and Delete services during check out
    - Appointment activity log per appointment
    - Visible Appointment History
    - Visible Product Purchase History
    - Express Checkout
    - Easily updatable Booking Notes

    Invoices and payments are now based on the actual day the invoice is raised and the actual day the payment is applied. This is because we are preparing to process REAL payments so the invoices and payments need to be officially dated to when they happen.

    You have the date of birth option. Is there any way and email can be send a week before to remind you as it would be nice to send a birthday £5 voucher and they may come in and spend more! Serendipity

    Please could we have an option to only allow clients to book on the hour or half hour times for online booking? Just like you have the option for calendar settings displayed. If people don't want this, they don't have to. Thank you

    Online Booking Time Slots ⏲️

    We’ve done it! We’ve updated the online booking time slots to allow for 15, 20, 30 mins and 1h intervals!

    This way, you can be more flexible on how granular your online booking availability shows.

    To set this up, head to “Online Booking” > “Settings” and remember to save your changes.

  9. Calendar: Customized Appointment Colours

    Hi there ,
    congrats for you job, this app is great!
    I think it could be awesome if we can use a color palette in the calendar so we can color code appointments by services or by the staff member.

    Let Shedul sprinkle a little colour into your lives!

    You can now colour your appointments by “Service Group”, “Staff Booked” or “Booking Status” under "Setup">"Calendar Settings".

    Then either head to “Services” to set colours by service group, or head to “Staff” to allocate a colour per staff member.

    Our all time most requested feature is LIVE!

    You can now create recurring appointments and as many as you like!

    In the top right hand corner of a new appointment, you’ll see ‘Repeats’. Click here to set up how many times you’ll like it to be repeated and how long for.

    It’s been our toughest feature yet but a BIG thank you to everyone who hung in there as the team worked hard developing it.

    It would be nice if we could have an automated phone call and text to clients for appointment confirmation. Also, I think we should have a capability to text promotional messages to clients individually or in bulk.

    - Australia
    - Canada
    - Ireland
    - Singapore
    - South Africa
    - India

    Shedul is the ONLY service that offers SMS for free.

    Blocking Clients has gone live!

    We have released new features that will give you the ability to block unwanted clients from being able to book online, along with clear notifications and information for all staff members to see why these clients have been blocked.

    Blocked Clients will not be able to: book online, rebook or reschedule, nor will they be able to leave reviews or ratings, so this should really cut out all the regular no showers and creepers.

  15. Gift Vouchers

    All gift vouchers should have a unique, automatically generated, code that gets assigned to a voucher upon purchase.

    Once the gift voucher gets used as a payment option, the unique code should be entered and the voucher will then be deemed as used. Or, if there is an amount left on the voucher, it should adjust the value of the voucher accordingly.

    If the voucher cannot be used as a full payment, one should have the ability to choose a second payment option, with the voucher option, in order to make a part payment from 2 different payment options.

  17. Products: Consumption / Inventory / Professional Use

    Are you able to link the pos to a product inventory and also consumption inventory.

    When a service is created you could add an option for products used and amount used so that this can be deducted from the products in the consumption inventory when the sale is made/appt completed. Same goes for when a product sale is made, this should be deducted from the inventory.

    I'd like to be able to upload a picture of the client to their profile. This would help if a client is still rather new or hasn't been in for a while, or even for a before/after pic.

  19. Permissions: Zero Access To Client Information

    Can low user permissions please exclude the message section as this means all staff will have acces to clients contact details. Ideally low users can login to see their own client list for the day and change their hours but nothing further a client contact list is very valuable for a practice and at the moment the current user permissions rely on the staff being fully trustworthy and not leaving taking clients with them

  20. Calendar Hide Non-Working Hours

    I don't need to see all 24 hrs of the day on the calendar when I look at it. All us to see maybe two hours before and after the shift starts or ends or have that grey area shown before/after shift customizable. Then the actual appointments can spread out to wider blocks - instead of taking 30 min of 24 hr day they would take up 30 min of an 8 hour day

    To reduce the amount of scrolling taking place on the calendar, we have now hidden the non-working hours from the beginning of the day / top of the calendar.

    You can still add appointments in the non-working “area” by using the Green + Button in the bottom right hand corner of the calendar :)
