    it would be great if we could see when it is a clients birthday :) even if this is a icon that pops up and allows us to see who's birthday it is so we can personally wish them a happy birthday :)

    Oh Yeh! Commissions are live! With two nifty reports too.

    You can now go to “Staff” and specify which percentage of commission each staff member receives based on Services and Products.

    Then go to “Setup” > “Business Settings” > “Point of Sale” and tick or untick the two options to suit your business needs.

    Have an explore and let us know your thoughts!

    PS – Changes to commission and tax settings will only apply to new invoices, existing invoices are not impacted.

  4. Professional Stock Control / Ordering

    When we receive a stock order, it would save time to be able to enter all at once, instead of having to go into each item and adjust stock levels manually. For example, if we could select the items received and add in the number of each received all into one window, then the system would update all stock levels automatically.

    Yay! Now your staff can add profile photos! Clients can see staff photos while booking online, and photos also show on your calendar.

    Give your team their own log in access so they can download the app, log in to view their appointments, add their staff photos and receive push notifications regarding their appointments!

  11. Client Accounts: Manage my bookings

    right now, client can only book, but not cancel nor re-schedule, is that true?
    so, booking reference for an appointment that gives who know that booking reference the privilege to cancel or re-schedule that appointment.

    later, we will ask for client login that he can see his appointments history LOL... but that will be on later phase...

    We’ve released Client Accounts where clients are able to view their past and up coming appointments as well manage their bookings, including Cancel and Reschedule!

    Those who already have their Shedul accounts upgraded to include Fresha will have these features already. If you do not have Fresha yet, email us at info@shedul.com and we’ll upgrade your account :D

  12. Rebook: After Appointment

    Hi, is there are re-booking option? After an appointment has been completed and client has paid. Is there an option to click re-book for the same client and same treatment.

  13. Messages: Editable Template

    Enable localization of the sent messages!

    Customers prefer the messages in their own language. Please enable localization of the sent messages.

    For the sake of simplicty, just provide a language section, and a few sentences to be translated per language.

    These sentences can be than assembled in your backend to form the actual message.

    the user is of course responsible of the correct translation.

    We need to be able to split our product ranges and product types within these ranges.

    Say for argument's sake we work it this way:

    Skin Care / Body Care / Nail Care / Nutritional Care / Slimming / etc (we supply)
    - Skin Care Brands (we supply the brand name)
    - Skin Care Sub-Section for Product Types (we supply)
    - Product Details (already exists)

  17. Allocating multiple resources for packages

    We have a spa package which require multiple resources booked (Massage and Mani Pedi - require a room and a pedicure chair. If you can allow to book multiple resources for a package that would be awesome

    As a software that stays open all day on a computer screen and the user stands many hours witht the eyes in the screen, an advanced UI solution used by many already is to make the design contrast in terma of colours and on black. (See heavy-duty software like reservations, 3D Max, Archicad, Photoshop Suite, etc. And many more from all industries - power user software)
    - easyer for eye fatigue!
    - uses less energy from the screen
    - improves the screen's durability

    We’ve been listening! :)

    Not only have we removed the “non working hours” from the beginning of the day to reduce the amount of scrolling taking place, but we’ve also increased the contrast of the calendar to help differentiate between working and non working hours.

    Hopefully this will be a little easier on the eyes :)

  19. client referral source

    Can the Client Referral Source also pull from the clients list? I have a referral program and like to track who my new clients are referred by. You could have the created groups at the top of the list and then all the clients listed under it. If I manually could enter their name that would be great also if pulling from the client names is not an option.

  20. Calendar: Staff access to specific calendars only

    It would be great if each staff member could only access their own particular calendar. This is necessary in our business for client confidentiality.

    Good news! :) You can now set your permission levels to allows user to only see their calendar.

    Go to to “Setup” > “Business Settings” > “Permission Levels” where you can tick “Access own calendar only”.

    Save your changes and the user’s calendar will update as soon as they log in :)
