We’ve released Client Accounts where clients are able to view their past and up coming appointments as well manage their bookings, including Cancel and Reschedule!

Hi, is there are re-booking option? After an appointment has been completed and client has paid. Is there an option to click re-book for the same client and same treatment.

Easily rebook your appointments after checkout with the New Rebook Button! You can also go back to old appointments and rebook them too incase of the “I’ll have the same as last time” request.

Enable localization of the sent messages!
Customers prefer the messages in their own language. Please enable localization of the sent messages.
For the sake of simplicty, just provide a language section, and a few sentences to be translated per language.
These sentences can be than assembled in your backend to form the actual message.
the user is of course responsible of the correct translation.

You can already do this :)
During checkout, just update the “Payment” amount being paid eg £20 then click Cash, then £20 and click card, the £20 and Redeem a voucher.

Not only have we removed the “non working hours” from the beginning of the day to reduce the amount of scrolling taking place, but we’ve also increased the contrast of the calendar to help differentiate between working and non working hours.
Hopefully this will be a little easier on the eyes :)
Can the Client Referral Source also pull from the clients list? I have a referral program and like to track who my new clients are referred by. You could have the created groups at the top of the list and then all the clients listed under it. If I manually could enter their name that would be great also if pulling from the client names is not an option.27 votes
Once you export your Client List, you’ll see a column for Referral Source :)
Head to "Setup">"Referral Sources" to add yoru own custom referral types.
It would be great if each staff member could only access their own particular calendar. This is necessary in our business for client confidentiality.26 votes
Good news! :) You can now set your permission levels to allows user to only see their calendar.
Go to to “Setup” > “Business Settings” > “Permission Levels” where you can tick “Access own calendar only”.
Save your changes and the user’s calendar will update as soon as they log in :)
