You can add clients individually under "Setup ">"Clients" > “New Clients” or as you create a new appointment and select “Add new Client”
How do you come out of this once you have clicked the rebook and the cliant has changed her mind?1 vote
Hey – you just click the white “X” in the top right hand corner which is in the green banner :)

When creating Discount Types you can choose which if this discount can be applied to Services, Products and/or Vouchers
We'd love to be able to open a report or even an option in the Payment/ Sales tab to show different payment types ie list all payments made by cash or just cheque etc1 vote
Go to “Sales” >"Payments" to see a full breakdown, then go to “Reports” >"Payment Summary" to see the summary :)
When building the services offered, add a feature to allow some services to be hidden so that they cannot be selected by the client within the online booking.1 vote
You can hide services from being bookable online by going to the Service Details then “Distribution” where you can hide the service from being booked online :)

Staff sales to go back to origional format including product sales1 vote
When clients book online- they should not have to enter in their info every time? The system I hope remembers them like a log in or something? But name phone email every time will get annoying? Thanks1 vote
We’ve already set this up so that it remember’s client’s details but if they’ve disabled / blooked “Cookies” then you’ll need to add each time.
Establish a category menu and submenu.
For Example: Anti-frizz Hair Treatment
• Brazilian Blowout
Hand & Feet Services
• Acrylic Full Set
• Parafin Treatment
• Acrylic Retouch
• Hands Microdermabrassion Treatment
You can set up your services in the following manner:
New Group: Anti Frizz Hair
New Service: Brazilian BlowOut
Multiple Pricing Type: short + price + time
Multiple Pricing Type: medium + price + time
Multiple Pricing Type: long + price + time
New Service: Keratin
New Serivce: etc…
I want to see the sales with an specific dates and you don't have the options.
It will be nice if you make the option.1 vote
All reports can be filtered to specific or “custom” dates.
Make sure you’re using Chrome as your web browser as it’s the most reliable and you’ll be able to see filters or locations, staff and dates.
You can already add Sku numbers and Barcodes to Products which can then be searched for during check out :)

We have good news for you!
This is already a feature.
If you go to “Customers”, choose your customer, you’ll see a green box with “Total Sales”.
This is the client total sale value :)
it would be great when making a booking to look at customer history and be able to click on previous appointments and have that populate into that appointment0 votes
