  1. Clients Ability to Choose Resource during Online Booking Feature

    I own a children's hair salon that has specialized chairs (Ex. Fire Truck, Police Car, Pink Jeep, etc.) and my clients want to ability to choose their child's chair when they make an appointment online. It is not a problem when they call in because I set up the chairs in the resource/room section, so I am able to assign the chair if I make the appointment myself. However, it would be great if the customers can choose the "resource" at checkout. Perhaps a "Make resource available to clients to choose" feature? If the business selects "no", then it will…

    When editing the client’s contact details there are "Client Notes| which appear on every single appointment. Here you’d add regular formulas, allergies and drink preference as it’ll show on every single appointment the book.

  3. Front desk manager

    We use one computer at work at the front desk. It would be great to have a way to look at the schedule add appointments and check people out but not have it under my account since I see all of our sales and statistics. I created another staff member named Front Desk but it adds them to the scheduling column

  4. Scheduling: Edit or delete repeat booking

    Without deleting every occurance can you delete a recurring booking by just going to the next booking? Thank you :)

  6. Accessing Clients

    Being able to click on a clients name to access their file/information directly from the appointment would be very handy rather than having to leave the calendar, go into clients and then search for them

    To set this up, go to “Setup” >"Business settings" >"Online Bookings" and tick “ALLOW CLIENTS TO SELECT STAFF MEMBERS” then save changes. Then when a client selects this person online, there the service provider will appear with a heart next to their name :)

  8. Changing this weeks hours without changing every weeks hours

    Hi, I work at 2 jobs and my hours are different week to week for one of them, so therefore i need to change my available hours for my own business. I need a way to be able to alter this weeks times without changing all the weeks, if that makes sense

    Hi Abby,

    No problem.

    Your hours under “Staff” are for regular hours. For irregular changes, just go to “Setup” > “Roster” to tick and untick working days or adjust your hours. Remember to save and this will automatically be reflected in your calendar.

    There is a feature to select a staff member in calendar, but is there a way to deselect a staff member that doesn't work regularly from the calendar view list?

  11. Incomplete client card reminder

    When a new client calls to make an apointment its not practical to fill out all the details over the phone etc.

    When they arrive at salon and fill out the paper client card sometimes details can be missed out or maybe not get entered on schedul.

    Could we have a reminder set for the salon user/admin to collect these details/enter them on the system. Maybe just the main details such as names and contact number? Possibly at checkout/rebook point?

    Something not annoying eg a message that says in incomplete contact details. Maybe selectable or set just so they can…

    I requested low access in each employee to view schedule. I was told by staff, they are able to see each others schedule.
    Please disable each employee able to see everyone's schedule.
    This can bring tension within floaters and part-time staff.

    Hi Missy,

    This will be because your’e creating multiple appointments rather than one appointment with multiple Services.

    After you add one service to an appointment, if you scroll down, you’ll see an option to add more services.

    One appointment = one reminder and one invoice :)

  17. No Shows - make the time available for booking again

    As per title

    Able to double book in the admin calendar but the time is not released for online booking unless the appointment is cancelled, which then remover the no-show tracking

  18. Allotted Payment

    If we are selling a service which is in a package (e.h 10 treatments package), is there a way to deduct the amount needed from the lump sum given when the person purchase?

    e.g Package cost $500 for 10 treatments, each time they come in we will issue a $50 invoice which can be deducted from the $500 pay. The invoice will also show how much this money the client has in their account.

    Hi Jane,

    We have this but the other way around. Rather than credit, you have vouchers. You would sell 10 Service Vouchers – each service with have a code that you redeem after each appointment. This way you can track what’s been redeemed and what’s remaining.

    Linking treatments:

    We have a joint treatment between Chiropodist and Beauty Therapist, A client starts with the chiropodist for 30 minutes then goes over to a beauty therapist for a foot massage and toe nail paint again 30 mins, it would be nice if people could book this online too but there is no method of linking the treatments.

  20. Cancel one out of multiple bookings

    When a client has booked multiple services and wants to cancel one of them, I can only cancel all appointments and re-book the ones the clients wants to keep. Is it possible to separate the appointments, so that only one service will be cancelled?
