  1. Incomplete client card reminder

    When a new client calls to make an apointment its not practical to fill out all the details over the phone etc.

    When they arrive at salon and fill out the paper client card sometimes details can be missed out or maybe not get entered on schedul.

    Could we have a reminder set for the salon user/admin to collect these details/enter them on the system. Maybe just the main details such as names and contact number? Possibly at checkout/rebook point?

    Something not annoying eg a message that says in incomplete contact details. Maybe selectable or set just so they can…

  2. Ability to view potential sales income for forthcoming week or month based on appointments booked and value of them

    It would be great to see what our income potential would be for the forthcoming day / week / month / year based on appointments booked. Perhaps on the home screen where we can see sales for week or month just gone, we could also see what we could earn for the forthcoming periods.

    I am a mobile nail technician just working for myself, so to know what my earning capacity coming up will be would give me an instant view of how many more appointments i need to try and book to earn what i need to to pay…

  3. Sales by type report for each staff member individually

    It would be ideal to have a sales report for each staff member individually and a break down of cash sales, check sales, and card sales.

  5. Merge Duplicate Clients

    It would be great if we could combine doubled up card files so we have an accurate picture of each client purchases.. Without a receptionist, some of our clients have 3 card profiles, as each stylist may have had difficulty finding their card and then created a new one.

    We have big news, everyone!

    We’ve launched Merge Clients! We know this was an important feature and highly in demand :D Thank you in advance for all of your votes.

    This feature allows users to either Auto-Merge Clients, by finding all duplicated entries in the system and combine them with one click or Manual Merge, by selecting client entries individually.

    On top of that, Shedul recognizes duplicates whilst a new client is being created, by matching existing data and therefore preventing any new duplicates being created.

    Important – once a client has been merged, they cannot be un-merged.

    It’s also worth highlighting that any staff member who have access to “Clients” will have access to the Merging Clients features.

  6. Merge service and products in one invoice

    It would be great for upselling if we can add both the service and product in one invoice. Since we can add multiple services in one invoice, why not add products as well to the choices? Thanks!

    You can already add products to invoices when you’re checking out an appointment :) On checkout, just click on “+ Add Item to Sale” and you can add products, services or vouchers to their invoice, there is no limit!

  8. Type in Stock Quantity On Mobile during Check Out

    Have an option to type in the quantity of stock required to add to an Invoice. At the moment I need to + or - quantity. eg when you are choosing quantity 50 stock items.

  9. Flag bookings that have notes

    Would it be possible to put somehow mark the bookings that have notes?
    It would be more convenient to see which booking have notes, so you don't have to open every booking to check for it.
    I know in a laptop/computer you can hover the mouse over and see the notes, but I only have a tablet at my salon.

  10. Online Booking: Set Time Slots

    Please could we have an option to only allow clients to book on the hour or half hour times for online booking? Just like you have the option for calendar settings displayed. If people don't want this, they don't have to. Thank you

    Online Booking Time Slots ⏲️

    We’ve done it! We’ve updated the online booking time slots to allow for 15, 20, 30 mins and 1h intervals!

    This way, you can be more flexible on how granular your online booking availability shows.

    To set this up, head to “Online Booking” > “Settings” and remember to save your changes.

    If you haven’t been upgraded to Fresha yet, email us at info@shedul.com for your free upgrade so that you can make the most of these features!

  11. Price Batch Update.

    So in this instance, it is our annual price increase.

    The system does not automatically update booked appointments going forward, only new appointments.

    There needs to be an option to batch update all appointments from a given date to reflect the new prices of services.
    Manually changing each appointment by changing the service > saving, then changing the appointment service again is not an acceptable option imo.

    We’ve updated the Services Section!

    Not only do you have a new designed but you can now bulk update all future appointments with your new prices.

    Simply go to “Services” to update the price of a service and you’ll be given the option to update “All Future Appointments”

    Please bring back the completed button. Now when we have a client pay in advance for a treatment and apply the payment it shows the treatment as being completed.

    Hi Missy,

    This will be because your’e creating multiple appointments rather than one appointment with multiple Services.

    After you add one service to an appointment, if you scroll down, you’ll see an option to add more services.

    One appointment = one reminder and one invoice :)

  17. Be able to 'rebook' past appointment under Client profile.

    it would be great when making a booking to look at customer history and be able to click on previous appointments and have that populate into that appointment

  18. services that we can block from the public from seeing such as a fix app

    id love to be able to have other services on my menu that i don't want the public to access or see online,

    example: ive added a complimentary brow wax and have the service already set to $0 avoiding false sale predictions/discounts

    or if a client needs to come in for a repair on an appointment i want to book in a "fix" time slot and have it go onto their appointment history.

  20. Gift vouchers should not show up as income recieved when they are redeemed

    vouchers so up as income received when they are sold, they also show up as income received when they are redeemed. They should only show up as income received when they are purchased.
