  1. Emailing "upcoming appointments" to clients

    We have a lot of clients that book out for long periods of time - including into the next year. Often we do this at their request when they are not waiting at the desk, and it would be important to be able to have the ability to easily email a list of upcoming appointments without having to go to the trouble of exporting a pdf list and manually emailing

  2. Combining Reports

    It would be nice to be able to pull a few different reports at once. Being able to see Commission + tips + total sales on the same spreadsheet would be ideal!

  3. optional appearance of staff member

    I am the only person working in my business and it is pointless for my customers to see my name again and again.

    for example,
    even though I have unchecked the option to allow clients to select stuff member in the online booking, they still can see it in the booking form.

    Also, while printing the invoice after each service it displays again the staff member who practice it.

    I believe it should be optional if that info would display or not, depending on the business.

  4. Client Database import/clean up by batch

    I would like to have more control over client database. Some clients are missing the gender, the phone is missing the region code, duplicate clients and etc, but all mistakes done by wrong keying in the information.

    I would like to export the database, fix it in excel and import back, is it possible? Since the import excel available is missing many information.

  5. Delete All Client Personal Details

    To comply with GDPR if a client requests we delete all their personal details can you fix the bug that holds their personal contact details in cancelled appointments etc. And remove Numbers and emails etc.

  7. Different colors to different payment types

    I'd like to be able to assign colors to the different payment type buttons that you see during check-out. I have had multiple cases of stylists selecting the wrong payment type (e.g. gift card instead of credit card). Separating payment types by colors could have helped.

  8. Automatic mail with instruction for previous care

    My customer does get a mail with instruction for previos care 5 days before the appointment. If its possible to add a template? so that they can get the instructios automatically?

  9. HTML in booking policy

    I currently have my booking/cancellation policy in Word format but when transferred over to Shedul it bunches everything up and its hard to read. A client in the midst of booking may breeze through it and miss pertinent information because of the clutter. Allowing HTML or copy and paste in original format would help make everything neater when the client goes to check out.
    Also allowing us to upload it in pdf or word format to keep original design would help as well.

    Hopefully this can be implemented sooner than later.

    Custom client appointment request forms for Online Booking.
    I find it hard for my company to run successfully when allowing clients to create their own appointments. One client may have short hair and wants one simple all over color application technique that takes 1.5-2 hours where as the next client may have a very complicated color application and it may take 3-4 hours. Each person using this site for their business performs services within different time frames.
    If there was a form that asks the right questions any time someone wants to make an appointment they send in the request…

    hi, i've been playing with curl and shedul services and i'm going to import them from .csv exported table from our old saloon software.

    I was wondering if you can create tool like this with fields binding and field default value because I can.

  13. Remove the 'Walk in' option when client name is left blank

    We need to remove the walk in option and always require a client name. If we had to, we would create a 'Jane Doe' client for walk ins, but having this by default when you don't select a name just let's the booking person be lazy and leave it as is.

    Thanks for sharing.

    The reason there is a walk in option is because sometimes, the client simply does not want to share their contact details. If there’s no details to populate, you can end up with a big database of fake contacts. We’ve seen many data bases that are filled with fake data which directly affects your Marketing activities.

    We once cleaned a data base of 10,000 clients, turned out 60,000 of them were fake. So for this reason, we thought it’d be better to capture correct details or no details rather than fake details.

  16. being able to put a customers colour in at the Booking stage.

    it would be really good to be able to have a drop down list of customer colours that can be applied to the booking form at the booking in stage,
    this will allow us to see if we have the colour in stock or if we need to order it in - prior to the booking.
    it can cross reference with our inventory. so that when we scan the colour or select the colour from the list it updates the inventory to say we have used the colour.

  17. Credit system

    Have a credit system where clients can block purchase a number of services at a reduced price and then use them to pay for services when they come in. Would need to have the ability to restrict the credits to specific services.
    The voucher system doesn’t quite work as needed for this

  20. I really dont need memberships, just services with the capability of multiple bookings up to a specific time/day

    Would be ideal for me if I could have multiple clients book on designated services, under specific groups. I would also like to be able to set a time to when booking a particular service is no longer available for bookings.
