Add a note when somebody's scheduled? "Remind about Tuesday Seminar." Of course space is limited but just a few words may do.

Complete – each appointment has Booking Notes that can be adjusted before and after completion by “Editing” the appointment.
It would be great to be able to put clickable links into the client messages. For instance, being able to generate a clickable link to our website or our google review page for the 'Thank-you for visiting' email.2 votes

It’s not clickable in the Preview but it is in the email one it’s in the clients inbox.
I am only staff working in my salon. I have to select my name every time I add tip in checkout. Can you make default staff so that I dont have to select every time.
In addition, tip should default to same staff who is selected for appointment for multiple staff salons.6 votes
When appointments are made. They might not always fit in the gaps... would be easier if we could adjust appointment times on the calendar to fit in in the gaps.1 vote
If I"ve understood this correctly, you can now drag to extend the appointment duration to help you with filling gaps :)
You can already add Sku numbers and Barcodes to Products which can then be searched for during check out :)

As you can now set up regular breaks and block times with “Split Shifts” under Staff Working Hours – we’re making this as complete :)
Often times, our customers do not come alone. At the very least would like the customer to be able to specify how many people will be coming to better plan our resources.3 votes
In this case you need to set up 3 different resources: Massage Bed 1, Massage Bed 2, Massage Bed 3. All should be assigned to all relevant services, and once all 3 are booked up, it will not be possible to book another service at the same time which requires a massage bed.
We would like to see an option to make only certain services available for online booking.2 votes
You can do this under "Setup">Services">"Click on the service then "Distribution’ and you can untick “Enabled Online Bookings” then save changes :)

Not only have we removed the “non working hours” from the beginning of the day to reduce the amount of scrolling taking place, but we’ve also increased the contrast of the calendar to help differentiate between working and non working hours.
Hopefully this will be a little easier on the eyes :)

Invoices and payments are now based on the actual day the invoice is raised and the actual day the payment is applied. This is because we are preparing to process REAL payments so the invoices and payments need to be officially dated to when they happen.

I can see you have lots of repeat booking options, but i need to book some appointments at 8 weeks, rather than 2 months as 2 months doesn't fall on the same day and time in exactly 8 weeks.....unless im missing something?7 votes

You can now drag and drop your resources into whichever order you like! :)
There does not seemed to be a sales button on the mobile site, so you can create an invoice without an appointment3 votes
Now in the Green Button in the bottom right-hand corner :)
You can go to "Sales"> Appointments" change the filter data range to the year and then click Excel to export.
From Excel you can filter all of your clients appointments and then save to PDF for print :)

We already have the “Rebook” button which is visible on the last page of checkout.
This way you can essentially copy and paste the appointment to another future date :)
When clients book online- they should not have to enter in their info every time? The system I hope remembers them like a log in or something? But name phone email every time will get annoying? Thanks1 vote
We’ve already set this up so that it remember’s client’s details but if they’ve disabled / blooked “Cookies” then you’ll need to add each time.
