  1. Integrate a feature to allow some services to be hidden from public view when booking online.

    When building the services offered, add a feature to allow some services to be hidden so that they cannot be selected by the client within the online booking.

      You can hide services from being bookable online by going to the Service Details then “Distribution” where you can hide the service from being booked online :)

    • Provider's name in the product for inventory

      Accounting often needs the provider of a product to meet provider's invoice with the inventory. I begin to inform the provider's name in the description of the product but the export of stock does not involve the description so that the information is lost.

          You can find this under “Clients”. When you click on the client’s name, you’ll see a tab for “Appointments History” :)

        • have taxes seperated in sales summary/reports

          instead of having taxes combined into total taxes for the day, separate them into the different ones

          • A pop up inhibitor for a booking (FLAG)

            I.e a serial 'no show' offender. A pop up that shows when you book an appointment and alerts you that client owes money or has been suspended for treatment. an prevents you from making the booking without checking the status.

              If we are selling a service which is in a package (e.h 10 treatments package), is there a way to deduct the amount needed from the lump sum given when the person purchase?

              e.g Package cost $500 for 10 treatments, each time they come in we will issue a $50 invoice which can be deducted from the $500 pay. The invoice will also show how much this money the client has in their account.

                Hi Jane,

                We have this but the other way around. Rather than credit, you have vouchers. You would sell 10 Service Vouchers – each service with have a code that you redeem after each appointment. This way you can track what’s been redeemed and what’s remaining.

                I'd like the site to stay open instead of constantly logging back in. I have to constantly look at the site throughout the day and this gets annoying.

                  Hi Guys,

                  Staying logged in often depends on your web browser settings and if it saves your log in details eg Key Chain for Safari.

                  Once you’ve logged into your calendar and “Saved to homescreen”, an icon will appear along side your other apps so you can click the short cut to go to your calendar without having to log in.

                • Editing schedule one day only

                  Being able to extend or open up for one day only., without having to edit the permanent schedule.

                      Update Client Histories - On checkout would be great to be able to record clients service details from today, and keep a rolling "history" of clients services and notes - e.g. Colour History

                        Once an appointment has been checked out, you can return to the appointment and select “More Options” where you’ll see the possibility to edit Booking Notes :)

                      • Roster: Split Shifts

                        I work 9am-2 pm then 4:30 to 8pm but its hard to go in and block out the time in between each day

                            When adding tips, the tip is split between which ever employees are allocated :)

                            In the area where you select which employee the tips should apply to, you can go ahead and add as many employees as you like, the tip amount will be split equally

                              You can find this under “Reports” >"Client List" then click Excel to export – you’ll see in column O the booking source :)

                            • Displaying prices needs to be adjusted for each currency to follow the convention

                              Even though one can select currency Shedul operates with in the Business settings, displaying prices is not adjusted accordingly and the "USD display style" is used instead.

                              E. g., we use Czech koruna (CZK). What happens is the USD symbol ($) is simply replaced with the koruna symbol (Kč) and the prices look like "Kč 1.290" or "Kč1.1290" as there are inconsistencies throuhout the app.

                              However, for Czech koruna users, this looks very wrong. The correct display style is "1290 Kč". The "Kč" symbol is always placed after the amount, preceeded by a space.

                                This tool is fantastic - well done! I would like a report where I can see the total client list and their total generated sales in a chosen period of time.

                                • Client report showing best clients by treatments booked or products purchased. Most loyal

                                  I would like to be able to get a report that shows me who my best clients are. For example my top 10 or top 20 spending clients. Top 10 clients for booking appointments. I was looking to send Christmas gifts to them and wanted a quick report to find out who they are.

                                    Hi Claire, if you go to “Reports” >"Client List" you can click on ‘total sales’ twice and you’ll have a list of your top spenders and top appointments.

                                        All Client Notes can be found under the clients “Appointment History” including the services, service dates, service provider and any booking notes that where added eg formulas

                                        There are already two ways to add notes. There are Client Notes and Booking Notes:

                                        - Client notes would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or formulas as they appear on every appointment which can be added anytime

                                        - Bookings notes are appointment specific like “asked for a balayage” or one off formulas or ‘would like lavender oil’ which appear in the clients history.

                                        I requested low access in each employee to view schedule. I was told by staff, they are able to see each others schedule.
                                        Please disable each employee able to see everyone's schedule.
                                        This can bring tension within floaters and part-time staff.

                                          You can stop staff from seeing eachother schedules by going to "Setup">"Business Settings">"User Permissions" and tick “Access own calendar only” for “Low” and save your changes.

                                        • Buffer time

                                          it would be nice to have a buffer (10min,15min) between appointments that you have to clean up and cash clients out, I tried everything and it keeps booking back to back appointments and keep running behind.

                                            This feature is available. Go to “Setup” >"Services" click on your service, where you’ll be able to apply “Extra time” – you’ll want to apply “Block time” :)
