  2. clickable url in messages to clients

    It would be great to be able to put clickable links into the client messages. For instance, being able to generate a clickable link to our website or our google review page for the 'Thank-you for visiting' email.

  3. Default staff for tip entry during checkout

    I am only staff working in my salon. I have to select my name every time I add tip in checkout. Can you make default staff so that I dont have to select every time.
    In addition, tip should default to same staff who is selected for appointment for multiple staff salons.

  4. adjusting appoitments time blocks

    When appointments are made. They might not always fit in the gaps... would be easier if we could adjust appointment times on the calendar to fit in in the gaps.

    Blocked time needs to be able to rebook numerous times. e.g. i use it for school pickup etc

  8. Online Booking:Group Appointments

    Often times, our customers do not come alone. At the very least would like the customer to be able to specify how many people will be coming to better plan our resources.

    Hi there!

    In this case you need to set up 3 different resources: Massage Bed 1, Massage Bed 2, Massage Bed 3.  All should be assigned to all relevant services, and once all 3 are booked up, it will not be possible to book another service at the same time which requires a massage bed.

  9. Online Booking for selected services only.

    We would like to see an option to make only certain services available for online booking.

  10. Calendar: UI Calendar Contrast: White and Grey

    As a software that stays open all day on a computer screen and the user stands many hours witht the eyes in the screen, an advanced UI solution used by many already is to make the design contrast in terma of colours and on black. (See heavy-duty software like reservations, 3D Max, Archicad, Photoshop Suite, etc. And many more from all industries - power user software)
    - easyer for eye fatigue!
    - uses less energy from the screen
    - improves the screen's durability

    We’ve been listening! :)

    Not only have we removed the “non working hours” from the beginning of the day to reduce the amount of scrolling taking place, but we’ve also increased the contrast of the calendar to help differentiate between working and non working hours.

    Hopefully this will be a little easier on the eyes :)

    We’ve seriously updated the online bookings widget to include a cover photo, business description, more personalised URL’s, client accounts and lots more. We are currently enabling these features to those who are Shedul Super Users:

    Super Users are those who:

    - Already actively use Shedul
    - Already use online bookings
    - Already checking out appointments

  12. Client Logins / Client App / Client Account

    - Ability to Confirm appointments, and Cancel / Reschedule appointment online

    There must be client login area. where a client can look at their confirmed appointment or else he can cancel or reschedule their appointment by thier own.

    Login Access for Clients to manage their own appointments. Ability to book, confirm, cancel, reschedule, rebook etc. / verified credentials

    Super Users are those who are already:
    - actively using Shedul
    - using Online Bookings
    - using the Check out features

  13. POS: Modify / Add Services at Checkout

    Sometimes we book for one service then end up doing something different. It would be handy to be able to make that change at the checkout screen rather than editing the whole appointment and then checking out.

    We’ve created a brand new Appointment booking window, New Check out flow and more customisable Invoices.

    These features add loads more functionality, including:
    - New Designs
    - Increased optimisation for mobiles & tablets
    - Edit, Add and Delete services during check out
    - Appointment activity log per appointment
    - Visible Appointment History
    - Visible Product Purchase History
    - Express Checkout
    - Easily updatable Booking Notes
    - “Go Back” option during checkout

    – Invoice number sequencing per location

    Invoices and payments are now based on the actual day the invoice is raised and the actual day the payment is applied. This is because we are preparing to process REAL payments so the invoices and payments need to be officially dated to when they happen.

  15. 7 & 8 week repeat appointment option?

    I can see you have lots of repeat booking options, but i need to book some appointments at 8 weeks, rather than 2 months as 2 months doesn't fall on the same day and time in exactly 8 weeks.....unless im missing something?

  20. Client online booking form

    When clients book online- they should not have to enter in their info every time? The system I hope remembers them like a log in or something? But name phone email every time will get annoying? Thanks
