I want to be able to use it as my diary too so I don't book a client on when I have a meeting for example There needs to be a way of writing this in Atcthe moment because Ingave to put what type of appointment it is I can't do that I can block it out but that doesn't tell me where I am Some thing like a box to tick to switch to private and allow a freestyle entry would be good1 vote

Good news is you can already do this through the ‘create block time’ option where you can also include a description eg – meeting :)
When a client has booked multiple services and wants to cancel one of them, I can only cancel all appointments and re-book the ones the clients wants to keep. Is it possible to separate the appointments, so that only one service will be cancelled?1 vote
To cancel one service out of multiple with an appointment, go to “edit” then click the “x” on the right hand side of the service you want to remove :)
There is an option for custom range but i want to be able to see how many clients haven't visited since January for example rather than how many haven't returned up to the current or specified date
The custom range should have a start and end date and not just an end date7 votes
Head to "Analytics">"Reports">"Client Retention" to apply your date ranges and to see how long it’s been since someone visited you :)

Please create an embed code to link to my own button creation on my website instead of your book now button that opens a small window within my website as I didn't like the idea or functionality of this and would rather the button open up a new tab/page when clicked so it can be viewed fully. It would be great if we could generate a report for vouchers and if it had the option to Itemise these so we can see who that have been sold to, amount and expiry date.1 vote

It would be nice to only see who is working that given day. You can add this in that drop down menu. Something like the following:

From the main calendar, you are able to change the calendar view between “Working Staff” and “All Staff” :D
Add a note when somebody's scheduled? "Remind about Tuesday Seminar." Of course space is limited but just a few words may do.

Complete – each appointment has Booking Notes that can be adjusted before and after completion by “Editing” the appointment.

I am only staff working in my salon. I have to select my name every time I add tip in checkout. Can you make default staff so that I dont have to select every time.
In addition, tip should default to same staff who is selected for appointment for multiple staff salons.6 votes
When appointments are made. They might not always fit in the gaps... would be easier if we could adjust appointment times on the calendar to fit in in the gaps.1 vote
If I"ve understood this correctly, you can now drag to extend the appointment duration to help you with filling gaps :)
You can already add Sku numbers and Barcodes to Products which can then be searched for during check out :)

As you can now set up regular breaks and block times with “Split Shifts” under Staff Working Hours – we’re making this as complete :)
Often times, our customers do not come alone. At the very least would like the customer to be able to specify how many people will be coming to better plan our resources.3 votes
In this case you need to set up 3 different resources: Massage Bed 1, Massage Bed 2, Massage Bed 3. All should be assigned to all relevant services, and once all 3 are booked up, it will not be possible to book another service at the same time which requires a massage bed.
We would like to see an option to make only certain services available for online booking.2 votes
You can do this under "Setup">Services">"Click on the service then "Distribution’ and you can untick “Enabled Online Bookings” then save changes :)

Not only have we removed the “non working hours” from the beginning of the day to reduce the amount of scrolling taking place, but we’ve also increased the contrast of the calendar to help differentiate between working and non working hours.
Hopefully this will be a little easier on the eyes :)
