My customer does get a mail with instruction for previos care 5 days before the appointment. If its possible to add a template? so that they can get the instructios automatically?

Confirm appointments that are booked online as opposed to appointments being automatically confirmed

Our idea behind online bookings is to save you as much time as possible. All you need to do is apply the working hours you are willing to work and then your clients can book directly with you. As you are free, it’s automatically confirmed and confirmation messages will send automatically. Otherwise, they are just “applying” for an appointment and it’d be faster for them to call you or email.

Have a credit system where clients can block purchase a number of services at a reduced price and then use them to pay for services when they come in. Would need to have the ability to restrict the credits to specific services.

SMS ‘s are actually pretty unreliable and really expensive so we’re working on a better solution.
We’re building a client facing application so clients can be reminded through the application and then manage their bookings onlin, meaning there is no need for them to re-confirm again :)
We need to remove the walk in option and always require a client name. If we had to, we would create a 'Jane Doe' client for walk ins, but having this by default when you don't select a name just let's the booking person be lazy and leave it as is.4 votes

The reason there is a walk in option is because sometimes, the client simply does not want to share their contact details. If there’s no details to populate, you can end up with a big database of fake contacts. We’ve seen many data bases that are filled with fake data which directly affects your Marketing activities.
We once cleaned a data base of 10,000 clients, turned out 60,000 of them were fake. So for this reason, we thought it’d be better to capture correct details or no details rather than fake details.

I know you can set an appointment to repeat ongoing but sometimes you need different days and times to rebook. It is very timely to book a course of treatment at different days/ times. Could there not be a quicker way as now you have to book each one separate inputting all the info in each time1 vote
I am the only person working in my business and it is pointless for my customers to see my name again and again.
even though I have unchecked the option to allow clients to select stuff member in the online booking, they still can see it in the booking form.
Also, while printing the invoice after each service it displays again the staff member who practice it.
I believe it should be optional if that info would display or not, depending on the business.1 vote

I would like to incorporate a function that could send automatically by whatsapp a sms confirmation of appointments the next day ... since in my company we always confirm appointments for the next day and it would be interesting to an appointment reminder will be sent automatically ... thanks12 votes
To comply with GDPR if a client requests we delete all their personal details can you fix the bug that holds their personal contact details in cancelled appointments etc. And remove Numbers and emails etc.

Shedul does a tremendous job of having a lot of flexibility in the customization of client notifications. It is weird then that this same customization doesn't exist in staff notifications. For some barbershops/saloons where there is temp hires, there is a desire to not have all informaiton to be available to the staff member. Therefore, the ability to customize emails and text messages that would be sent to a staff member is crucial. Conversely, for some companies, they would like to add additional information for their staff. If this request could be considered, I think it would provide a lot of value to this product.

it would be really good to be able to have a drop down list of customer colours that can be applied to the booking form at the booking in stage,
this will allow us to see if we have the colour in stock or if we need to order it in - prior to the booking.
it can cross reference with our inventory. so that when we scan the colour or select the colour from the list it updates the inventory to say we have used the colour.3 votes
So as to avoid sporadic appointments throughout the day, enable a setting whereby a 'suggested appointment time' on a selected day will come up to try and support back to back appointments without large breaks in between.14 votes
