  1. "blocked time" restriction

    Under staff settings (low-medium-high) can there be an option to turn off "block time" (next to appointments). I don't want junior staff to be able to block themselves off without having a senior staff do it for them.

  2. Allocate Clients To Staff

    My associates (staff) are self employed and I need to send them a list of all clients that they have seen in a given month. Would it be possible to produce a report by Staff member of all the clients seen in a given time period, and the amount they have paid.

    Hi Jackie,

    Thanks for sharing.

    You could track where the client came from using Referral Source (setup>business settings> referral source).

    You can add your employee’s names and whilst creating a client, you can apply the employees name as the referral source.

    When you export your client list from reports, you’ll see a column for the source.

  3. POS: Surcharge

    There are days that we need to put a surcharge on a service like on holidays or on weekends, it would be helpful if we can create this like we do with discounts rAther than manually computing it and change on invoice. Thanks

    Can you please integrate with Stripe Payment Processing so it can all be done in one place? Thanks! The POS system is looking fantastic! It will be super awesome when I can use just one system for everything.

  8. A Robust Integrated Referral System

    In my 10 year experience using online booking software (Acuity, Booker, Mindbody, Genbook...) I've never found one that has robust and useful referral program support! From the referral type screen - I DREAM of an option that says "Who Referred You?" THEN the client could enter the name of the person or business who sent them my way. THEN - and this is the GOOD part - it would seamlessly add one referral to the source's record in Shedul!   9. Emailing "upcoming appointments" to clients

    We have a lot of clients that book out for long periods of time - including into the next year. Often we do this at their request when they are not waiting at the desk, and it would be important to be able to have the ability to easily email a list of upcoming appointments without having to go to the trouble of exporting a pdf list and manually emailing

  13. Print option for daily bookings with booking notes

    A print out at the start of the day with clients booked in, with which stylist, any booking notes and the service they are booked for the day. Any previous booking history would be a bonus too. Something to hang in the colour room to keep everyone on track without having to go to desk to check, or worse....missing booking notes about service/clients requirements.

    I find it hard for my company to run successfully when allowing clients to create their own appointments. One client may have short hair and wants one simple all over color application technique that takes 1.5-2 hours where as the next client may have a very complicated color application and it may take 3-4 hours. Each person using this site for their business performs services within different time frames.
    If there was a form that asks the right questions any time someone wants to make an appointment they send in the request…

  16. Details of voucher redemption

    Sometimes when customers would want to verify the amount/products/services being redeemed, especially when the voucher has been transferred/shared.

    It's good if we are able to click through to the voucher code and see the details of the redemptions done. :) thank you!

  17. Every stylist works at different speeds and yet we can only set one time for each service. This causes a booking issue, especially online.

    If each stylist could have a profile and whenever you are booking under their name the time they need for a specific service would be saved under their profile. So if they need 4 hours for a Balayage it automatically adds that, while another stylist may only need 3.

    Hey Sumer,

    The idea is that you add your average durations and then you can still edit the appointment within the calendar as we appreciate duration might change based on service provider or based on the thickness and length of a client’s hair.

    For this reason we developed the multiple pricing types. eg
    Service Group: Colour
    Service:Balayage
    Multiple pricing type: short + time + price
    Multiple pricing type: medium + time + price
    Multiple pricing type: long + time + price

    Likewise, you can drag to extend or shorten the service if you think it’ll be faster.

    Finally, you can create multiple service groups per service provider but this would make the online bookings very difficult for clients.

    For now, we recommend you add the average durations and then edit the appointment durations within the calendar

  18. HTML in booking policy

    I currently have my booking/cancellation policy in Word format but when transferred over to Shedul it bunches everything up and its hard to read. A client in the midst of booking may breeze through it and miss pertinent information because of the clutter. Allowing HTML or copy and paste in original format would help make everything neater when the client goes to check out.
    Also allowing us to upload it in pdf or word format to keep original design would help as well.

    Hopefully this can be implemented sooner than later.

  19. Client Database import/clean up by batch

    I would like to have more control over client database. Some clients are missing the gender, the phone is missing the region code, duplicate clients and etc, but all mistakes done by wrong keying in the information.

    I would like to export the database, fix it in excel and import back, is it possible? Since the import excel available is missing many information.

  20. Blocked time - all day option and multi-day

    Would love the option to tick a check box for "all day" for blocked time, instead of 12:00am-11:59pm.

    Also, would love to be able to choose 'from date-to date'. I know we can just adjust working days, but if someone is on vacation, on course etc. it's better to see it visually as blocked and the reason. (e.g. I have a staff member who takes 6 weeks off and I'd like to block it easily - the working days still allow someone to mistakingly book her, as we are mobile without set hours).
