  2. Client formula tab added to client files

    A Client formula tab in each clients file would be very helpful! In a spreadsheet format with a way to sort by date of service for easy fast reference.
    This would be VERY useful for stylists instead of having a paper filing system!!
    The client notes & booking notes section is nice for the receptionist or front desk to use when booking or checking out appointments but does not really do the trick for stylists. When a stylist has to sort thru a bunch of little notes (like how some gets their coffee or who's always late!) it can be…

    Currently, there are Client Notes and Booking Notes:

    - Client notes as part of client details will be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or constant formulas as they appear on every appointment
    - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘would like lavender oil’ which appear in the clients history next to the appointment

  3. Sync with treatwell

    It would be great if shedul and treatwell could sync together as many salons use this system to get new clients in and offer promotions to generate new business. Treatwell does sync with other cloud systems currently - we shouldn't be left behind.

  4. Duplicate New Products in Inventory

    When entering new products in the Inventory it would be very helpful if you select a product and then duplicate it.

    This is particularly useful if you have a lot of similarly named products that have the same price, category and supplier. eg. Lipstick in various shades, Foundations in various shades, or same branded body lotion in different fragrances.

    Would save so much time not having to duplicate fields over and over.

    We’re currently working on developing as many accounting features as possible within Shedul so that you can manage everything under one roof. Once we’ve developed as much as possible, we’ll then explore integrating into third party systems.

    In the meantime, Shedul can already track all of your sales, payment types, taxes, reports, commissions, tips and more. These can also be export to Excel from "Reports">"Item Sales" where you’ll have a full detailed breakdown which can be used to import to the likes of Quickbooks or Xero.

    Otherwise, let us know what feature you feel is missing currently and we can let you know if we’re already working on it.

  6. Online Booking: Week View For Clients Making Bookings

    A calendar view for booking online as opposed to only seeing times. As in, the client would see a calendar of the week with the unavailable times greyed out and the available times accessable

  8. Calendar: Pin to Switching Between Users

    I don't see this anywhere, but there should be a way to quickly switch between users. We have several team members and it would be nice if they didn't have to sign out/in to use the system.
    Is there a way to switch users on the fly and set it up so they can sign in using a simple 4-6 digit employee I.D. number?
    If there's multiple clients checking out, each team member would have to sign in, check out their client, sign out, and then the next team member has to sign in, check out their client, and then…

    Hi Steven, thanks for posting.

    We’ll explore a quick ID / pin switch. In the meantime, did you know:

    A) Everyone can access their own account through their own devices/mobiles and complete sales through there

    B) On the second page of check out, “Apply Payment”, in the top left hand corner you can choose who the invoice was “Received By” – this is how you can track quickly who completed the sale without having to log out/log in.

  10. Booking Waitlist

    wait list for walk in's. with option of drop down for each staff member to check in client. as i have a walk in or appointment salon and the staff takes walk ins when available . The software i currently use has this its nice feature.
    also might change the online booking preference to a walk in if not choosing a staff member , looks as the preference chooses a staff for them but its not fare if its not a request as i pay on commissions.

    Hi Both,

    Thank you for getting in touch.

    We might have a different understanding for wait list. We understand it as; You provide a Class that can only take 10 people, so the 11th person will be put onto the Wait List so they are notified if a spot is made available.

    From my understanding from your description, you would like to evenly distribute new business across your team? Shedul allows clients to ONLY book online into your available slots within the calendar and the appointment are randomly allocated across available staff. This means it is fairly distributed and it’s impossible for double bookings.

    Ps – we now also have commission per staff for total products sold and total services sold. Have a look under “Staff” to allocate your new percentages.

    Integrating shedul with Shopify will give the user Simple to use POS, and complete integration with their website giving them the ability to track retail in store sales and online sales all in one place while keeping track of services and staff. They have a very secure platform and a 99.99999999% up rate. Their monthly fees are very low and set up and operation is very easy.

  15. Customize SMS 'from' Number

    When customer gets the message "SMS", its better to see it from the business name instead of an international number. All the promotional SMSs we get are showing the business name as a sender not a number .. would love to have my SMSs look the same.

  16. Roster: Two-week scheduling

    There needs to be an option for at least a two-week schedule for staff. Most of our staff work "alternating Saturdays" and right now we have to schedule them for every Saturday and manually block off the ones they are not working.

    Hi Cameron,

    Thanks for the suggestion. We are exploring this as a option – in the meantime, there is an easier solution for you. If you go to “Rosters” you can apply Work or Not Working for irregular working days and this will update the calendar.

  17. Commissions: Tiered Commission Structure / Targets

    The implemented feature is too simplistic: would need a percentage linked to total monthly sales, so if total < 500 = 10% on total sales, if total 501 < 1000 = 15%; if total > 1000 = 20%

  18. Service Menu Images

    It would be great if photo's could be added to Services and Products particularly for people booking or purchasing online where they can't physically see the product and aren't sure what a particular service is. As they say, a picture paints a thousand words.

  19. Reports: Totals with "Sales" tab

    It would make life easier if the "Payments" under "Sales" would have a total on the bottom.
    Ex: I go to Sales, go to Payments and check this month, I then have to add up manually the totals.

  20. Notifications: Resend Option

    Looking through messages, it would be great to have a resend feature for appointment histories. Example- my client is having phone issues, all texts were erased by accident. I would love to resend her appointment history again....not seeing an easy way to send them again
