Oh Yeh! Commissions are live! With two nifty reports too.
You can now go to “Staff” and specify which percentage of commission each staff member receives based on Services and Products.
Then go to “Setup” > “Business Settings” > “Point of Sale” and tick or untick the two options to suit your business needs.

PS – Changes to commission and tax settings will only apply to new invoices, existing invoices are not impacted.

You can now track working hours under “General Settings” > “Roster”.
You can tick or “x” whether a person has been in this week or change the time they came in or left to help you keep track of your hours. :)
Would be nice if you can see how much each therapist sold for the month and also a separate retail report for all products sold and by who.24 votes

Hi there, this feature is now available. You can update customer info when creating an appointment by doing the following:
- When adding an appointment, find the existing customer using the search field
- After selecting the desired customer, click on their name (the blue link) and a pop-up window opens where you can edit their info.
Right now you can only schedule appointments in 15 minute intervals, but we have a service that is only 5 minutes and one that is only 10 minutes, the system won't let us book anything at say 12:10 and this is very problematic. We only get 4 appointments into an hour instead of the 6-12 we need to be able to book. The same would be true for 35 or 40-minute services.8 votes
Great news, this new feature is now available! Shedul has introduced brand new settings today;
1) New option to set default time increment as; 5 min, 10 mins, 15 min or 30 min.
2) Ability to set custom appointment time such as 3:01 PM when creating/editing bookings.
3) Ability to book multiple services within one customer appointment & receipt.
