We need to be able to split our product ranges and product types within these ranges.
Say for argument's sake we work it this way:
Skin Care / Body Care / Nail Care / Nutritional Care / Slimming / etc (we supply)
- Skin Care Brands (we supply the brand name)
- Skin Care Sub-Section for Product Types (we supply)

I think that clients should only be able to see our available times and not our entire calendar.
I also think that if we are sick and can't make it in to work there should be a way to cancel appointments and reschedule through the system.

We have good news for you.
Clients can already only see available time and not entire calendar through the Booking Widget.
You can log into your account from anywhere/any device so you easily move appointments if you need to.
Promotions is part of a new feature that we are building for March.
And regarding Inventory, you add how much stock you have under “Products” and every stock sold is tracked and deducted from your stock.

When you're only selling products to someone, not services, there should be a "Hold" option instead of having the complete the transaction right away. This would come in handy when someone else is paying for the products at a later time or if a client wants to put some products on hold for a couple days. Then, when you go to cash out someone else, you can sell them products without accidentally selling what's on hold.5 votes

Yay clients can now book multiple services in one go on booking widget :-) Update the widget code on your website to take full advantage of the new features.
Even though they are having numerous services in one sitting it should still count as one appt. It becomes very confusing when tallying out.1 vote

Good news is that this is already available :)
When you create an appointment, and add a service, underneath there is a tab called “+ Add more services”. This way you can keep everything under one appointment and invoice.

Hi there, it might be easier to create an entirely new customer for their friends. This way you can capture their full details! :)

Yay! You can now change the filter to either view “All Staff” or just “Working Staff” making your calendar much easier to navigate :)
It would be supper helpfull if we can have a link to the customer invoices via the Customer Sales section.
Whether it be for products or services rendered, as some customers have a way of loosing this type of information.
Or I don't want to send the invoice, until payment has been confirmed.
I think this would be really helpful and one would be able to see a product sales history building up for each customer.5 votes
This feature is now live! You can easily open old appointments and sales right from within the customer view :-)
We have a joint treatment between Chiropodist and Beauty Therapist, A client starts with the chiropodist for 30 minutes then goes over to a beauty therapist for a foot massage and toe nail paint again 30 mins, it would be nice if people could book this online too but there is no method of linking the treatments.1 vote
Mini update – clients are already able to book multiple services online and you can also use the “+add more services” when creating the appointment to have multiple services under one appointment and one invoice :)
Enable localization of the sent messages!
Customers prefer the messages in their own language. Please enable localization of the sent messages.
For the sake of simplicty, just provide a language section, and a few sentences to be translated per language.
These sentences can be than assembled in your backend to form the actual message.
the user is of course responsible of the correct translation.

Booking appointments via mobile phone is a bit goofy - you need to view the page in landscape otherwise the calendar and times are on top of each other (iPhone 6)
Also its impossible to create an appointment via the user console because the new windows are appearing somewhat offline.80 votes

It was a big one but it’s now live and read for use.
Set up your rooms under “Business Settings” > “Resource” then go to “Services” and the services that require a room. Now, switch on ‘resource’ and tick the rooms needed or the rooms that can be used for this function.
Once you set this up, you’ll never struggle with double booking the same room / chair / machine again!
im running a nail salon can you make a star or something for us to mark when a customer want to request a particular stuff. yes i can use the note section but its a long process just to read the note. i used to use (Mindbody online booking) but not to happy with them,5 votes
