  1. Gift voucher redemptions should not count in sales total

    When the voucher is sold (for example for cash), it's counted in sales total. Then, when it's redeemed, it's counted in total sales again. This double counts the voucher sales and redemption in the total sales value. The redemptions should not be added to the total sales value for the day, as the fact of sale happened on the date of the voucher sale.

      Hi Everyone.

      This report tracks both Sales and Redemption because there are two different accounting principles; Cash and accrual.

      Cash tracks the sale of the voucher as revenue and Accrual tracks the redemption of the voucher as revenue.

      The Daily Sales Report tracks both so you can choose which one to include.

      We hear you loud and clear and will work on a solution to divide the two.

    • S.O.A.P. notes.

      Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

      I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

      • recurring blocked time

        Option to have recurring blocked time. I am the salon owner/manager and for things like processing payroll I am working on that weekly and would like to be able to book that easily with a recurring option rather than having to put it in each separate week.

          • Client Chat Conversations

            Two way conversations - reply to messages - instant chat - adhoc messages - Allow us to sent a text message or email to the client from the client list. This would allow us to communicate with the client with out them having our personal email or mobile number. (Separate to Marketing and Promotions)

              • only allow clients to book, for example, on the hour via online booking

                We would like an option to set what specific slots are available for online booking to avoid people booking in at awkward times and creating unusable gaps in the schedule. e.g. bookings only on the hour

                  • Professional Stock Control / Ordering

                    When we receive a stock order, it would save time to be able to enter all at once, instead of having to go into each item and adjust stock levels manually. For example, if we could select the items received and add in the number of each received all into one window, then the system would update all stock levels automatically.

                      I dont like this new update at all! :(
                      The blocked time change is awful, Its so inconvenient for me for it to auto block 1hour, when it was before 15mins which was perfect, also not being able to drag select the block time either, this was great for me before!
                      Also I am the only staff member who can be booked out in the diary however for every blocked time or appointment it now asks me to select staff.
                      I know this all sounds very trivial but this is all extra time that slows down bookings before and after…

                        Hi Everyone, we appreciate change can be disruptive.

                        Block time is still there, it’s now in the Green Button in the bottom right hand corner.

                        There are several reasons for this move:
                        - Facilitate block time, as well as, Product & Voucher sales on mobiles > these were not possible before
                        - To allow for scalability of features.

                        Our users are requesting a lot of features and we need to strategically place them to not clutter your calendar. Otherwise, we’d become as cluttered as other complex systems.

                        As always, we do, of course, take your opinions on board, so we appreciate you sharing and will keep an eye out of user feedback. Thanks guys.

                        From the appointment you can select the client and it would pull up an intake informational sheet that can be printed. This could be given to staff to review and used to take notes. This would include typical intake questions. It would also include a history of all services received. This would benefit the staff and allow for recommendations of other services or add ons

                          It would be nice if there was a way for clients to indicate at the time of booking if they are being referred by a preexisting client or if they have a coupon for services.

                            I would love to be able to see a new client summary report for the month. And although we can enter referral sources, there is now way to track them to see who needs a thank-you card and/or a thank-you voucher or who has referred the most clients. Thanks!

                              Not sure if its possible, but alot of my bookings are via facebook and I dont always get there mobile numbers, it would be great if I could auto facebook messgae them a reminder say 24/48 hrs before the appointment as well as/instead of sms.

                                we are running a nail salon, we sell multiple treatment as a package, like 6 manicure as one package, client come enjoy the treatment one by one, we deduct from the system.
                                the second package is topup, client register a memebership then topup $500 or %100, they enjoy the service with special discount and we deduct the payment from their membership account, once the value is low, client just topup before they continue enjoy our service.

                                • Staff Notications: Send email to staff the day/night before to show them their bookings for the next day

                                  Would love to have an email sent to each staff member the night before (say 12 or 24 hours in advance) to show them what their schedule will be like for the next day.. ie, who and when each client is booked in for the day. basically send a screenshot of their DAY VIEW for the next day.

                                    Wish there was a "back" button from Apply payment screen to checkout. To allow add ons. otherwise you have to to to sales, invoice, delete invoice, and re do bill.

                                    • Ability to create print labels (price tags) for all or on selected items from inventory.

                                      While we can scan to scroll down our screen to look up a product price, customers sometimes want to just see the price right away on the items. It will be nice if the software has the ability to generate labels with an option of adding barcodes.

                                        To reconcile the card machine payments. As the reception computer processes all card payments it is difficult to determine which stylist is due the money for the service, which money is for salon products etc?! The report is too basic at the moment. Changing who received the money at the cash desk doesn't work as then if a mistake is made you won't know who took the payment?!

                                        • Scheduling: Show Requested Stylists/Staff services only

                                          Give customers the option to request a certain stylist/staff from the very start so when they click on the requested person, ONLY their service menu will show up to choose from versus having to scroll/search through all staff in the salon, find them and then having to scroll/search for services. If customers could just pick and click on their requested stylist/staff from the beginning, it would be much quicker and less frustrating. Along with personalized links for each stylist/staff as already requested.

                                            The idea here is that the client will not alway know who provides what service but they will know which service they would like and when they would like it.

                                            Hence the services first :)
