APP. WE NEED AN APP :)
You guys should create a downloadable free app for Shedul that can be downloaded on android and apple devices. This app should also be able to be used offline and then once wifi or data is on it would upload any offline appointments or updates made on the website version. This would be really helpful when on the go, especially since my phone doesn't have data so I'm only able to check my bookings while I'm at home or somewhere else with WiFi. Thanks.1,287 votes
have a notification through text message for Staff members confirming,cancelling, new appointment booked online etc just receiving an email is not enough and it would be great to have an android app that notifys you especially for online bookings.294 votes
Maybe a way to personalize questions or forms for client to fill out prior to booking an appointment. There are certain services offered that require the client to be 18, fill out certain information, or read over cancellation/appointment policy. It would be great to be able to personalize and incorporate that into the online booking system before they can place an appointment.257 votes
There doesn't seem to be the option of adding at least just a general business logo to appear on the booking page and appointment confirmation emails to clients.112 votes

We’re actually developing an even better solution than the client having to reply and re-confirm. We’re building a client facing application so they can “manage their bookings” including reschedule, rebook and cancel but it’s attached to their card details.
As it’s all live bookings, it’s automatically confirmed. They’ll be reminded through the application to give them a chance to change the service details so there’s no need to re-confirm. If they no-show, you can choose to apply a no show fee or cancellation fee as you have their card details.

Our clients fill in consent and medical history forms when they first start treatments, these need to be resigned and checked every 12 months; is it possible to setup a reminder so that when this 12 months has lapsed, staff are reminded to ask the client to resign the consent form?

This way, the clients are not blocked from booking but you’re still protected. These will all be live in the next couple of months.

It would be really helpful if we could set an email reminder for each service so we could put pre treatment info on it.
Eg - spray tan I would like the email to tell the customer to exfoliate, remove all creams, wear loose clothes, etc but for lash extensions it would be - come with no eye makeup, wash hair if need be as can't get lashes wet for 24 hours, etc
We could also use this to email aftercare as well as each email would be set for each service17 votes

A "pop up" add on option, like macdonalds "would u like fries with that?", both for online bookings & insalon/ph bookings,
Is if a client is booking a facial online, their could be a pop up that offers a tint or wax for xxx dollars or a current promo, a booking for a leg wax and it asks if your wanting a bikini included etc...
On the ph your staff can offer these but online booking we tend to loose that option of up selling...12 votes
-area for client cards would be AMAZING that is quick to enter and quick to access or shows in the 'last visit' section.
-also for recurring/regular/revisiting clients a 'quick select' from their list of previous treatments/ervices2 votes

Please modify the phone number format for Romania (and many other countries):
Everyone writes their phone number starting with 0, so the correct format should be +4 not +40:
+4 07xx xxx xxx
+40 xx xxx xxxx
So an example, the phone number should look like this:

Thanks for sharing! We’ve started work on this and have addressed a solution. Should be live in a few months so that clients can add whichever format they need :)
It would be really great to incorporate a check box before clients can finalise a booking, where they need to actively agree to the cancelation policy before proceeding. Can this please be integrated?24 votes
I have several clients that are "VIP" clients and would like to have the ability to click VIP on their client information. Or even an option to personalize what kind of client they are.2 votes

I would like to know which of my clients do certain services, for instance... presently I would like to have a listing of all my laser hair removal clients and the only way i can do that at the moment is to manually go into each clients profile to see what services they do. I want to be able to access the clients name as well as well as the services they do10 votes
