    Very much appreciate this is an important feature request for our users! As soon as we have gone live with Payment processing, No Show Protection, the Native app, marketing features and packages, we’ll then have the capacity to take this one :)

    All other features should be live in the next couple of months <3

  2. POS: Merging invoices: Multiple clients under one invoice

    I would like to group multiple clients for easy check out when one person is paying, also link multiple appointments instead of having to edit

  3. Fresha app to only show days when appointments are available

    I only work certain days of the week, and some of those my be fully booked. It would be nice if the dates at the top of the fresha app we’re colour coded to show which days had availability. The only alternative is for people to keep clinking on days and seeing ‘ no availibility’ Message.

    All appointments are tracked, including cancelled appointments to ensure that no appointment ever goes “missing”.

    You can find all appointments, including cancelled ones under "Sales">"Appointments".

    By clicking on the appointment, you’ll be able to see who cancelled the appointment, when.

  5. Different calendar intervals for different staff members

    We have different staff members offering different length services. For example one staff member needs to be able to be booked every 15 mins whereas another is every 30 mins. Would be good to be able to set everyones calendars for different bookable intervals. Until this happens I am unfortunately unable to use Shedul :(

  7. Problem with Tips

    If a client is having two services with two separate therapists, the tip is based off of the total and only puts the total tip amount to one therapist. It should be broken down according to how much each therapist gets based off of the cost of the service they are providing. The way it is currently set up, one therapist gets the full tip and the other gets none.

  8. Payment & Invoice option to backdate

    Please can we have payment date back as bank statements reflect payments later so dates are not corresponding
    Clients EFT do card payments which only reflect on bank statements later so if the appointment is completed and payment reflects on statement the next day I need to change the date.With oustanding invoices at month end statement is received on the 1st of the next month and now it is impossible to back date the payment to balance to bank statement, Please reconsider this equest

    Shedul will soon be processing real payments. For this reason, the invoice and payment dates need to be tracked based on when they actually happen.

    We’d recommend starting the ritual of checking out appointments as soon as they have been completed so that your reports are aligned.

  9. Edit Invoice After Checkout

    Please give option to edit the invoice after checkout sometime its required for the correction of the invoice.

    Once and invoice has been raised, it cannot be edited. This is an accounting policy rather than a Shedul policy.

    You can however open the invoice, click"More Options" >"Refund" and add new products or services to “Exchange”.

    Likewise, you can Void the invoice and put it through again but remember that invoice dates are tracked based on when the invoice is created., so the new sale will be tracked based on the new invoice date.

  10. App Cancellation List

    A little section on the app that when the shop or a stylist is full you can put the clients name who wants to book in alongside their desired service, time & day and when someone cancels you can go onto this section and see who wants to be booked in during that time or it flags up after someone cancels an appointment something like “joe bloggs wanted this time” with their mobile number.
    We keep a special book near our iPads with a cancellation list in but would be cool to have it on the Shdeul app.

  11. Customization for each stylist

    Just being able to customize for each stylist like they are the only one using the app. Such as the reminder messages (adding the stylist phone number that is sending the message so client can change if needed etc) Also allowing some stylist to do online booking while others may not want to.... so they can turn that feature on/off. Basically individualizing the app for each stylist rather the whole system being the same for everyone at the salon

    Ability to send appointment reminders at 2 set intervals, I.e. 24 hours before and 3 hours before. Many of us have cancellation policies that require 24 hours notice to cancel so it would be nice if clients got a reminder 24-48 hours before and then another one at a seperate pre-scheduled interval.

  13. Attach and include Intake Forms, Consent Forms & Questions

    Maybe a way to personalize questions or forms for client to fill out prior to booking an appointment. There are certain services offered that require the client to be 18, fill out certain information, or read over cancellation/appointment policy. It would be great to be able to personalize and incorporate that into the online booking system before they can place an appointment.

    We do plan on adding custom intake forms to Shedul so that you can manage everything under one roof.

    In the meantime, many businesses are using Google Forms or TypeForm to create forms and questionnaires and adding the URL link to Shedul’s client Email Notifications.

    You can edit notifications under "Setup">"Client Notifications" where you’ll see the different message types for Reminders, Confirmations, Reschedules, Cancellations and Thanks Yous.

    The text reminders show to the client as Fresha. Could this be updated to show the company name so it’s easier for them to know who the text has come from?

  16. Disable Checkout Feature & Change Price When Booking Appointment In

    Disabling the checkout feature would be very helpful as we have no use for this feature. If a client does not show up we simply mark as cancelled/no show etc, and all other clients booked in are left as is if they show up and pay as usual.

    The vast majority of our clients all have different prices. So being able to change the price at the time of booking (rather than at checkout) would allow us to be much more accurate in pricing. At this time we book up to a year in advance and remembering each price at…

  17. Change/Reschedule appointments between locations

    I would like to see an option to reschedule/change appointments between multiple locations. Currently, I have 8 locations, and I will need to cancel the appointments & recreate them under the new location. When I hit "reschedule", it does not allow me to select the alternate location to display the calendar & move the appointment.

  19. Hi, I've just discovered Shedul and it's AWESOME!

    We have a multi room clinic and when using the all resources view it looks just like our paper diary, however it would be brilliant if I could allocate a team member to the room for the day and it shows their name under the room name at the top... Then it would be the absolute star of the show for diary management. I've trialled so many over the years and right now, I can't find the catch with Shedul - absolutely amazing!

  20. Online Booking: Tentative & Confirmed Appointments

    Online bookings to be approved.

    It would be fantastic to have an option, after the initial client approval or account creation,.. to determine whether or not a client can book freely every time, or if they will need approval every time. On an individual basis.

    My vision is a simple group of options (drop down) within each client card:
    - Always allow online booking
    - Always require approval
    - Do not allow online booking

    These option would override the set of global rules.
    If nothing is selected, global rules still apply.

    Thanks for sharing. It would be great if you could explain why some clients would need to be pre-approved?

    Our logic is for Shedul to save you as much time as possible by reducing the steps needed to be taken.

    As a result, you can simply publish the hours you are willing to work and clients can book directly with you meaning the appointment is automatically confirmed.

    If there’s an approval process, it would be easier for then to call you, which increases your work load.

    Keen to hear your thoughts :)
