  1. edits at checkout

    Being able to go back to add services, discounts and/or products from "checkout" screen without it saving it as unpaid.
    I currently have to go in to delete unpaid invoice and start all over again

    • adding logos to messages

      There should be an easy facility to enable customizing messages going out to our customers, ie adding logos and social media links.

        I think it would be nice if in the sms confirmation it would say "respond YES to confirm" and once the client confirms we are notified

          Online Booking but client must lock in appointment with credit card and small fee that will be deducted at time of appointment.

            i use to use salon iris and at the end of the day we could do a cash up on the pc to check for any errors would be great if this feature could somehow be added so i don't have to manually do it after checking the sales summary

            • Improved notes / S.O.A.P. notes

              Remedial Massage Therapist need to keep S.O.A.P. notes for their clients. Including anatomical diagrams for injury indication. Please ad.

              I love shedul but really need SOAP notes added. These notes are used to keep track of treatment of clients and is a legal requirement for Health Funds. Needs anatomical diagram for pain indications, and sections for the SOAP notes. Client information. With SOAP notes added shedul would be a complete system for Massage Therapist.

                Currently, there are two places to add notes:

                - Client notes would be more permanent ones like: ‘Allergic to’ or regular colour formulas/ conditions as they appear on every appointment which can be added anytime.

                - Bookings notes are appointment specific like one off formulas or ‘reacted well, good progress etc’ which be viewed on the calendar as well as in the Client’s “Appointment History” under Clients. You can still edit Book Notes after the appointment is checked out, just click “complete” then edit.

                So you can go back to refer to both Booking Notes and Client Notes anytime.

              • Balancing drawer

                It would be nice to have a way to help balance the drawer at the end of the day. Also, for stylists to see their daily total at the bottom of their column. I have had to go in and manually see how each client paid for each service (cash, credit, etc) then add them on a sheet of paper to balance the drawer. I have looked through reports but cannot seem to find exactly what I need. If reports are restricted from staff, it is almost impossible for them to balance the drawer at night without seeing the reports.

                  Please modify the phone number format for Romania (and many other countries):

                  Everyone writes their phone number starting with 0, so the correct format should be +4 not +40:

                  +4 07xx xxx xxx

                  instead of

                  +40 xx xxx xxxx

                  So an example, the phone number should look like this:
                  +4 0723.456.789

                  not like it does right now:
                  +40 72.345.6789

                    Thanks for sharing! We’ve started work on this and have addressed a solution. Should be live in a few months so that clients can add whichever format they need :)

                  • Pay Outstanding Balance / Unpaid Invoices At One

                    Be able to add the overdue apppointment balance to the new appointment upon checkout. To avoid finding the past appointment to checkout seperatly.

                      It would be nice if there was a way for clients to indicate at the time of booking if they are being referred by a preexisting client or if they have a coupon for services.

                          Another idea from us at Your Beauty Secret!

                          Our clients fill in consent and medical history forms when they first start treatments, these need to be resigned and checked every 12 months; is it possible to setup a reminder so that when this 12 months has lapsed, staff are reminded to ask the client to resign the consent form?

                          • POS: Edit Invoice After Deposit Paid

                            When a client books in for a specific treatment i.e natural set of lashes@ $120, then they change their mind and want to upgrade to a classic set @ $195 . They have paid a $50 deposit, the balance is before the upgrade $70. However, if we change to the upgrade amount of $195 the amount owing doesn't change accordingly. please fix

                              Hi,

                              We have a beauty therapist and hair stylists working in the same salon and under the one schedul program.

                              When Booking online, I've discovered that if a user was to select a beauty service (one employee that can do these) and then the user was to select a hair appointment, options to select a certain staff member doesn't appear. I believe the reason for this is due to the fact all the hair stylists (employees) are not assigned any beauty services and the beautician is not assigned any hair styling services.                                 Option to have recurring blocked time. I am the salon owner/manager and for things like processing payroll I am working on that weekly and would like to be able to book that easily with a recurring option rather than having to put it in each separate week.

                                  Looking for a way to track when a walk-in client is turned away because we are fully booked for the day. We can use this report to determine if we need to hire additional stylists.

                                    Sometimes customers get in a hurry and respond to the automated reminders sent by SMS, but obviously we don't get their responses when they do. Any work around on this?

                                    Perhaps we can add a note that says, do not respond to this SMS reminder, it will not be received. Please call to make changes to your appointment. Something like that. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you so much!

                                      Hi Guys,

                                      We do plan on enabling two chat but in the meantime, most businesses have added “Reply to xxx” into the body of their message.

                                      We’re actually building a feature for client to be able to “manage their own appointment” so this will hopefully eliminate replying to SMS altogether :)

                                    • The ability to restrict certain treatments to certain days

                                      Love Shedul. It's made our lives so much easier!

                                      I wondered if there could be the option to restrict certain Services to certain days.

                                      For example, our fitness instructors would like to offer training sessions from Monday to Friday, but gym inductions any day of the week.

                                      Perhaps in the Services tab, when clicking into each Service we have set up, there could be a section added where we can select which days it is bookable?

                                      • Gift voucher redemptions should not count in sales total

                                        When the voucher is sold (for example for cash), it's counted in sales total. Then, when it's redeemed, it's counted in total sales again. This double counts the voucher sales and redemption in the total sales value. The redemptions should not be added to the total sales value for the day, as the fact of sale happened on the date of the voucher sale.

                                          Hi Everyone.

                                          This report tracks both Sales and Redemption because there are two different accounting principles; Cash and accrual.

                                          Cash tracks the sale of the voucher as revenue and Accrual tracks the redemption of the voucher as revenue.

                                          The Daily Sales Report tracks both so you can choose which one to include.

                                          We hear you loud and clear and will work on a solution to divide the two.

                                        • Treatment Courses

                                          For each of our treatments, we have a 'Course of ten' option, so rather than one treatment for £44, the client can select a course of ten for £396.

                                          Often our clients pay this as a lump sum which means that every time we input a treatment in our calendar, it skews our figures/takings as each treatment shows up as £44 even though we've already taken the money from the client.

                                          Is there anyway around this? So if a client select a course of treatment, they pay once and then all subsequent treatments in that course is free as far…
